The environment here is always buzzing and lively, and the staff is always going above and beyond. I go with my friends for casual dinners and drinks at least twice a month, and I've never had a bad experience. I absolutely love the grilled cheese bites with tomato soup, and I love how much the drink menu changes.

The food and drinks were really good considering this is not a high end restaurant. The salad was probably one of my favorite salads I've had and they had several options for protein. I also got truffle fries and nachos that I forgot to capture and both of them were really good as well. The service here was absolutely amazing. The waitress who served us was super nice and helpful when it came to picking my dish. She was very attentive and never forgot to bring us what we asked for. The ambiance was nice and vibey. The restaurant had really cute hanging lights and they offered board games if requested. Overall, highly recommend this place if you're in the area.

TownHall is truly one of the best places on earth. Starting with the customer service, upon walking in you are immediately greeted with a smile along with "Welcome to TownHall". The servers always make sure to ask if it's my first time in and are helpful with making recommendations and pointing out new menu items to try. Along with the fantastic service the meals never disappoint. The presentation matches the taste - which is perfect every time. I love starting off with the buffalo chicken wraps for a light flavorful intro into the meal. The Green Goddess is my go to drink, very refreshing and pairs well with most main courses. If I'm swinging by the cafe I gravitate towards the Golden Turmeric drink. The Bangkok Bazaar and Quesabirria Tacos are my fav for the main course and I always make sure to grab a tub of broth on the way out. The energy and atmosphere is always positive and I love seeing familiar, friendly faces. Late nights include a DJ on the weekend which turns the restaurant into a fun social time to bring friends and meet new people. Truly a Short North staple when visiting Columbus!

I used to frequent TownHall a lot. Recently I have been in there a few times. I have noticed that they have gone down a cup size on the keto smoothie but, it's the price hasn't gone down. I've also noticed with their chocolate keto pudding, there is barely enough made to even cover the bottom of the bowl. I used to get that all the time and it used to be sick like a pudding and made a lot up and now there's barely any in there and the girl made it so runny it was like soup. They go through so many workers in this place. The servers are unfriendly, don't know the menu or anything you ask, don't care and I've noticed it behind the to-go counter too. The food is never consistently made and that's been happening for a few years now and the quality of it has gone downhill. The prices go up but they're so chintzy on their servings now. I won't be patronizing their business anymore.

Get there before 5:30, it fills up. $5 parking garage down the side street.I don’t tend to write reviews but felt compelled to leave some detail on this one. Second time here with the kids (9, 7 and 3) on 3/22 during dinner rush.Service: Shout out to this place. Well-trained staff who get it and care. Wife and I are ex-service industry folks and agreed it’s the best service we’ve experienced going out as a family, and most places do a good job. A team of people descend on us with balloons, coloring pages and immediate offers to get the kids’ orders going. Doreen (sp) basically threw herself on a table in the fcfs cafe to hold it for us, and our server’s (Lauren? Blue shirt, cafe area) stops were frequent, well-timed and she was great with the kids. I got us drinks at the bar while we waited and the male bartender had them mixed, poured and cashed out in 90 seconds, including some friendly banter. Empty plate or trash? Cleared immediately by whoever is walking by.Food: We’ve had tuna poke bowl (A+), Japanese steak curry (A-, rice a bit underdone. Spicy), pork belly birria (A. Smaller than expected but ?) Mediterranean salad, kids burgers (B+).Drinks: Mixed drinks with fresh juices are very good. Broad draft selection. Priced for regular people.Definitely a new ‘go to’ for us.

Townhall has a huge menu to chose from. It caters to any and everyone no matter what your taste buds or dietary restrictions are. I tryed the grilled cheese which was good and the tomato bisque which was fire(delicious). My wife had sushi and she said it was some of the best sushi she has in Columbus thus far. The drinks were also on point. I highly recommend giving them a try!!!
