Sadly, the menu that I got when I Googled best wine bars in Cbus doesn’t match the actual menu…it’s a wine bar and they no longer even offer flights…I drove an hour. I doubt I’ll come again. Will say the staff is exceptionally friendly.

So here's a little post pandemic secret about Vino Vino. Ready? OK, go: It's right next-door to Figlio in Grandview Heights (actually about a block north of the Grandview Heights border so it really sets in the city of Columbus, but hey, who's counting) Anyway, back to the secret! During the pandemic, or so a server who has worked there for 2 1/2 years tells me, Figlio and Vino Vino, combined into the same menu. What this means in practical purposes is that the food you get at Figlio right next-door, and at Vino Vino is the same menu! So if one of the restaurants is packed and you can't get a reservation, you can still get the same fantastic food right next door. How awesome is that??? Now, here's the big but (and who among us doesn't like a big but, right? (invoking my best Peewee Herman LOL)... Figlio and Vino Vino, while right next-door to each other, have a very different feel to their spaces. Vino Vino absolutely feels like a wine bar that serves food - while Figlio has the whole wood-fired brick kitchen vibe going on. Both Italian-American food in nature, in my humble opinion, but quite different dining experiences. Ample seating inside for such small spaces, and good alfresco dining available in the warmer months.

A lovely atmosphere on a street full of boutiques to browse before or after dinner. It feels like an intimate/romantic space and was perfect for a girl's night out. All of the food was absolutely amazing. Drinks were strong and tasty. Definitely would recommend making a reservation in advance since it is pretty small.

What a wonderful little spot in the city. I just love this place and the wine list is great. The outdoor patio is small but perfect on a warm summer evening.

Was here for a post wedding dinner and our service for the small group was excellent. Staff were accommodating and did a great job making sure we were never out of anything. Food was pretty good and had a great cocktail menu

The food is excellent and reasonably priced. I always get good service. The restaurant is small and a little tight so I am often a little uncomfortable. Still, well worth the experience.
Came in on a Saturday evening after the OSU game and had excellent service. We were immediately greeted at the door upon arrival by Devin who sat us at the bar and provided us with drinks promptly. We split appetizers and both were superb. Our drinks were filled immediately by bar staff without having to ask. I'll be Back!

Food was delicious, 10/10 recommend the pistachio crusted chicken and the salmon asparagus risotto. Went for an anniversary dinner and the staff was super nice and the restaurant was romantic.

This place is super cute and I will definitely go back. The food was good - I had the salmon and asparagus risotto and I definitely recommend it. We had a larger group so high top we had was perfect. The service wasn't great-- our waitress was super slow which was strange because we were only 1 of like 4 tables in there, and when we would order a glass of wine I'd be wondering what was taking so long and look over and she'd just be leaning on the bar not doing anything. Strange.. but not terrible enough to drive me away for good.

3 of us got medallion filets, and they all tasted burnt. Service was good. Other dishes at the table were good. I heard they pre-cook their steaks????
