ordered a 4 piece nugget, 2 biggie bags w jr bacon cheeseburgers, medium fries and medium drinks. we were very clear about medium for the fries and drinks. we get home and the order of nuggets was left out, both fries were size small, and the sandwiches were both chicken? i thought it couldn’t get worse and then the last nugget was a spicy nugget not regular. literally how?? and they didn’t give us a receipt on top of it

First off, I would like to thank an incredible employee Brendon for making our Wendy’s experience top tier. He fretted us with great enthusiasm even for it being 11:45 pm. This was our second trip to Wendy’s today due to a horrible experience at the Wendy’s before this. He made this uplifting because we were all upset. Thank you Brendon

We enjoyed a double cheese burger. Fixed exactly the way we ordered them. The kiosk was busy so they took our order at the counter. She was very polite and courteous. Nice and very busy.

If I can give A 0 i would I came in here about 5pm and let me tell you the management staff is terrible the music was blasting they were very rude not only that they need to change the oil because the food looks terrible I cannot believe that this restaurant is still open I am calling corporate immediately And I have recordings and pictures The music was terrible and it was turned up very loud you couldn't even hear yourself order

Need workers ASAP. Don't come here for lunch our dinner if you have to go somewhere fast. watch out for the huge pot hole in the front. Could probably swallow a mini cooper.

Unprofessional and very rude. I waited in a long drive through line. My debit card was “declined”. (Something was wrong with the chip or strip). The girl in the drive thru was extremely rude to me. She had already handed me the food and asked for it back, (cross contamination). Anyway, I call my bank. Nothing wrong with my account. They tell me to wipe the card off and try again. The chip, strip, or their card reader could have been dirty. I go to another Wendys, my card worked just fine. No reason for this girl to be that rude to me in the drive through.

I would give it a 0 stars if available...9 people working..noone wanted to do anything except manager....couldn't even get ketchup...took 10 min to take dine in order and nobody was infront of us....managet had to tell each worker several times what to do.....the

Waited in the line forever just to be told at the window that what I ordered (2/$3 Egg and Chz biscuits) wasn't available. Offered croissant instead of biscuits but rudely told "It's not going to be 2 for $3. Waste of time. Window employee was very nice. Manager was the rude one.
