Management is terrible, not very friendly to customers, not capable leadership in this store and argumentative environment. Always seems to be out of baked potatoes, sounds stupid but I've been turned away for this 4 times. Sawmill and Billingsley store has poor management and not very professional. I now will go to the Powell store for quality service.
This Wendy’s is consistent slow. Many times I’ve been to the drive thru and they are taking orders one at a time and it can easily take 15-20 minutes during peak dinner times. Better bet is to go a little farther away to the Wendy’s on 161 near the Corp HQ. Service there is stellar.

I was running late to work so I ordered online ahead of time. When I got there they couldn't find my order for a full 10 minutes, then it magically showed up. They rushed to get my order out but forgot the fries that came with the meal. No thank you, no sorry. Terrible experience I was pretty frustrated with the service I received.
