Ordered a Double Pretzel Baconator and fries. The food was ok, not the best I've had, though. The burgers on the sandwich were very dry and looked old. Pretzel bun seemed old also. And the fries were not fresh. For the price, I expect food that is fresh, not old pre-prepared food.

Conflicting experience. The team was great, but there were some issues. I was charged for the wrong order and they said they would refund me and then charge the right amount, but I got charged for both instead. A very frustrating experience, but the team was super upbeat and I could tell they wanted to right the situation.The food was okay; your typical fast food quality.

I was there January 13 2024 at 734. PM. The positive is the branch had good staff and receptive to customer time. My order took more time. The staff at front was Ezra who gave me free Sundae while waiting. It's nice. But I think this branch should have a regular cleaning staff to keep it clean and tidy all the time.

I had a lot going on one day after work and drove off after getting my card and drinks but no food (completely my mistake).I had to finish some work issues but when I called an hour later about the food Trey was super understanding and helpful. When I came back the restaurant was absolutely spotless. Trey's team was extremely polite, professional, and a pleasure to interact with.Trey provided me with fresh food, drinks for waiting, and went above and beyond to provide amazing service. I can't say enough positive things about this location, Trey, and Trey's team.You guys are awesome! Thank you so much!
