Being an out of towner visitor who has White Castle at home, I just want to say this is the worst White Castle I've ever been to, they got both mine and my friends order wrong, the food wasn't very fresh and they forgot my drink at the drive thru

Excellent, unparalleled service. My husband asked for red creme soda. They weren't sure which flavor he wanted and made a sample up for him! We got the correct one and a wonderful experience.

I waited over 20 minutes for q double castle & a fresh hot ?. It seems like the staff are not working together. I do believe the other shifts are better. Did like there menu, and corporate operation should consider opening a few locations in carson & long beach ca areas, this would be a money maker for 24 hr food.

Mostly good. In years past there were flowers on the table and a free dessert but I guess those days are over. We've been doing it for over 15 years so i think we'll keep it up! Great service and food tasted great. No heartburn this time ?.
