I'm from a smaller town w/o a wingstop. Whenever I go, I present to myself as "J". Im well greeted and its always clean when i go. The food takes a while to be made but it's so worth the wait. Last time, I ordered the Lousinana rub, 10 pc bone-in wing combo with a brownie. The brownie was so rich and it wasn't too sweet (that's a good thing).The wings and the fries were SO GOOD, I wish i coulda ordered another one. I order from Wingstop frequently and the wings are amazing!! Unfortunately I placed an order Saturday evening and when we got them there was barely any seasoning! So I called and spoke with the manager Darrell and he made it right and made the wings over and they were fantastic! Thanks Darrell for giving excellent customer service and thanks to the crew for fast and great service and food!! I look forward to my next order!

The young man who waited on me was so helpful and nice even though his manager was annoyed at the time he was taking with me and my teenage kids. The young man seemed unbothered and continued to take his time since we had never been to a windup wingstop before. Huge thank you to him and his best customer service!!
