So a group of us decide to order from here. I personally love wingstop. Unfortunately how we were treated is going to make this a place I won't be going to ever again.We get there and order online around 6pm. I have been working all day and this is the first meal I am going to have. The wait time says 16 to 21min. I am like okay I can do that. So all three of use order and wait the time. We send the younger of the three of us in and he comes out saying it's going to be another 20 min. We go okay they must be busy so that's fine. We wait the time. Send him back in. He comes out and they have said another 3 min. So we tell him just to go stand inside than. 5 min go by and still no food. We all eventually go inside and the manager hasn't apologized for the wait. She acts like we aren't even there most of the time and we eventually get our food 10 min later.So to recap we waited for an hour for something that was quoted 16 to 21min and even when we got the food half of it was cold and the other half was over cooked.We gave them our contact info so we could talk about the experience and all they did is send us a $5 gift card.Yea, no, you don't act like you want my business I won't give it to you.

The food/service is best when they aren't understaffed and being bombarded by nonstop door dash orders. However just like any other restaurant, when I can clearly see it's very busy/there's a wait, I go somewhere less busy or just go home and cook. I don't obstinately wade into a razorblade hurricane, then complain when it doesn't go well. You can see the kitchen. If there is a rack full of tickets, they are obviously busy. Use common sense. Even if you're the only one in the restaurant, you honestly have no idea how lazy people have become and constantly order door dash. People are turning into a bunch of Karens. You aren't special or a beautiful and unique snowflake. You're the same decaying organic matter as everything else.They need to stop allowing people to order all flats/drums or their orders should be moved to the back of the line. A: it's the exact same chicken. B: it disrupts the system/flow, causing all the other non-picky customers to wait longer, so the staff can sort through boxes of chicken trying to find flats for people too stupid to figure out how to eat a drumstick or vice versa. I'd honestly end a date/friendship/meeting or divorce my wife if I found out they were an "all-flats" person.

The lemon pepper wings are my favorite, but I like many of the flavors! The chicken sandwiches are delicious and the fries are great too! The best ranch is made right here!! Love the celery and carrots dipped in the ranch.

Anytime you order online it always tells you 16-21 minutes and it will be ready. It always ends up being longer than the quoted time. When you walk in it is clustered and unorganized with people standing everywhere near the counter. Some needing to order still, and some who already ordered. It is ran poorly. The only reason I have it a 2 is because the food is good still.

The food is excellent however that's where the positive begins and ends. I placed an order for pickup today, 02/10/2024, via the website. I arrived at the specified time, about 20 minutes from the time the order was placed, and greeted the first person behind the counter, a tall, slim black man. He smirked at me and simply turned his back and walked awaySo another slightly shorter black man approaches the counter and looks me in my face, I say hello, he helps the man seated on the bench by the entrance. At this point I'm irritated, but still patient and of course polite. After speaking to the man on the bench, he then again looks me in my face and says absolutely NOTHING. I again say hello, he continues to stare me down. I then say I'm picking up an order for, and gave my name.He hands me the bag, starts to turn around to walk away and I say thank you, he then mumbles You're welcome, I think.I don't intend on visiting this location again because if I have to feel like I'm bothering the staff to get an order I paid for then I don't want to spend my money there.The food was absolutely delicious but the customer service or lack thereof is what left a terrible taste in my mouth.

Every time we go to the hilliard location in hilliard ohio they mess up the order. It doesn't matter what day or time. They are worthless. By the time we get it corrected the food is cold. I will be going to bethel rd in columbus going forward.

The food is fine but Sarah was screaming at employees trying to clean up around the waiting space and was screaming about covid from behind the counter and causing a scene she was an employee and made the overall waiting experience horrible and had my wife and I on edge the entire 20 minute wait

My mom just ordered wings for my brother and I and we picked up our order because we were in town. We live in London and when we got home, my mom was upset because they messed up the whole order. My mom told these people boneless wings they gave us the opposite. My mom called out to the store talk to the guy that took the order. She said I told you but unless he said well, we can refund you the money or you can bring the meal back up why would my mom drive 30 minutes back to a store and less they want to pay for her gas in her time so my mom said no she wanted a refund. The guy said that he would get his manager to get her the refund the manager gets on the phone and starts arguing with my mom calling her a liar, saying that he was not gonna refund her money or anything and then he told her the only choice that she had was to drive 30 minutes back to take the food back I heard my mom make the order I heard the way the manager was talking to my mom. This place is horrible and these people need to give my mom her money back.
