I order food from here way more often than I should. Great staff, awesome food, and I am addicted to the garlic parm boneless. Try the hot honey too. I sometimes pick up food here but mostly have it delivered - they are prompt, professional and deliver hot delicious food for a very reasonable price. What more could you ask for?

The food is amazing, but my online order took over an hour. There was one guy making the orders, and other employees were just lounging and smoking outside. While I waited, I kept being told, "I'll get you next." It was a small order. I wish I could remove the tip! Great food, but the service was actual garbage

Got confirmation that the order is ready but it wasn't. When I asked whe it would be ready one of the employees told me that now it's gonna 10min but would have been 1 if I didn't ask. The worst service I encountered in Columbus.

The food is ok here but if you want to wait over 30+ minutes for food you ordered online ahead of time this is the right place. Super loud music and managers just standing around while staff is overworked with orders.

Manager on duty was very nice and caring (Larry) and apologized for the food taken so long due to understaffed. The other employee that was with Larry was not caring about his job and did care. This was completely unacceptable and upper management should have a talk with others, or upper management should come to their store and help when they need to. I would like to the district manager have a talk to the GM and getting this resolved. I understand food might take a little long but there should be more employees there to help the manage on duty (Larry). Wingstop fix yourself
