Terrible service, never answers the phone, didn't deliver my pizza had to go and pick it up when I paid for delivery. Food was ok but it wasn't hot since they took so long

They've got some type of corporate mandate to give you as little toppings as possible even when you request and pay for extra. $27 for the re-released "BIG NEW YORKER" and boneless bites. The bites were OK but the pizza had barely anything whatsoever on it. It looked nowhere near what's advertised in the commercials. Cooks act like if they don't give you what's advertised or even the extras you pay for that they're gonna make employee of the year, get a national commercial campaign, or be given their own franchise or get their ass kissed by upper management. Can't stand anal lambs like this. Get up off more toppings and the extras customers pay for! I shouldn't be able to see bare crust or sauced crust with little to no cheese with zero extra sausage or pepperoni that we were up charged for!

Worst place I had called to place in order for delivery when they got my whole order wrong! I tried calling the store since I payed over $30 for one pizza I didn't even want and overcharging me they hung up on me the first time when I was explaining to them the situation then after the few times I tried calling again they did not answer me

I was craving a stuffed crust pizza after seeing Papa Johns has one out. But you can get 3 toppings at Pizza Hut for cheaper and last time I tried to get a stuffed crust from Masseys, it came with all the cheese melted out, so I thought I would try PH since I thought I remembered them having yummy wings too...It had been a couple years since I ordered from here cause there are so many pizza places nearby and I've been hung up on donatos cauliflower crust... anyways I'm so glad I had my carb cheat day with Pizza Hut! The pizza is so delicious and so are the wings. I got garlic Parmesan and Hawaiian teriyaki. They delivered it on time and best of all remembered all the little things like my blue cheese and marinara sauces!! Thanks for the fresh, hot delicious food! I will be back soon, my husband was super impressed too.

I ordered a cheese pizza for my kids. it arrived with most of the cheese missing. When I called the store, she insisted there was cheese on it when they made it. She did offer to have it re-delivered. In about an hour and a half.

I don't even want to give them one star! Every time i have ordered food from this location i have had to wait more then two hours. I am beyond aggravated. It is one thing for it to happen every now and then but EVERYTIME we order this happens. I am currently waiting on my food that i ordered at 7:30pm and its now 10:30pm.

Picked up my order and paid with cash; pizza is dry, wrong crust, toppings missing, bread sticks not cut which is an actual large loaf of bread that is hard as a rock. Called the Assistant Manager (Kayla?) and told her to have someone pick up the order and refund my money. She said "I'm not sending someone out to waste gas for a pizza that I'm just going to throw away and the delivery time is 125 minutes". I explained I wasted my gas coming to unknowingly pick up HORRIBLE
