My wife brought our kids here to grab something quick. The food didn't look fresh at all. Lady was very slow, didn't smile. VERY unsanitary mid order went and handled cash register and back to food without changing gloves. Went and got more supplies from the cooler and back to making food without changing gloves. In the middle of making our order she stopped and worked on an online order ( didnt complete)order then resumed our order. Staff wasn't friendly, or sanitary handling our food.

Frequent this location regularly due to convenience but am going to have to another location out of the way due to continual issues at this store. The prominent issue is the staff. There are usually a male and a female crew member working together working when I go there and especially the male employee has no positive customer service attributes and is rude including not even making my order and waits for the female crew member to come and make it and just stands there (every time). I’m positive it’s for homophobic reasons. Beyond that, the crew members have absolutely no sense of urgency. I started ordering online and picking up my order to avoid this but everytime so far my order is messed up. Today my sub was missing cucumbers and onions as well as the chips. I told him I was missing the chips and asked if I could grab a bag and he tried to tell me the chips were in the bag already which they clearly were not and was again rude about it. As someone who is experienced in multiple facets of the service industry, it’s incredulous that this is continually occurring.

Waited 10 minutes as the field was helping another Lady. She called the guy in the back. He came to see and just signaled her that he won't help me. If they want to be part of this country . Step up and work for it . I will never go back to this place hope they go bankrupt. All I wanted was a sandwich to take back to the hospital for me wife. Just; ignorant

i ordered a wrap online and not only was it not made correctly even when i made sure to add all specifications it was the smallest wrap i've EVER had made. It wouldn't be enough food for my 6 year old.My co-workers order was made wrong also.i will never go back to this subway.

This used to be one of the best Subways around, I don’t know if they got new ownership or what but they have really gone downhill. The drink machine is constantly broken or out (no sign, so you don’t know til after you’ve paid), and the sandwiches are made incorrectly at least half the time. Sadly, I have stopped going here and now go to another one. Hopefully, they improve, but until they do, I’m done.
