Nephew & I went here late last evening & had a really good meal. The waiter was attentive, very courteous & we will definitely be making it a a regular destination. In this town where there are so few good restaurants especially for a sit down dinner this is a much needed addition! Thank

We are over the road truck drivers and walked from the near by truck stop to enjoy dinner and a few cocktails…30 minute walk just to find out the place is closed! Save your time and stay away!

Sleeping in your car would be safer and cleaner. Bugs in the rooms and bathtub. Rooms smelled of dirty cigarettes and body odors. Doors didn’t lock so that was a safety concern for sure. The breakfast? Packaged carbohydrates with weak coffee and artificial creamers.

Let me start out by saying that as a former business traveler, I have stayed in hundreds of hotels all over the world. I don't like putting negative comments in my reviews but there were a few things that really stood out. The good: Book online, it's a name brand hotel in Conneaut. The clerk and manager at the front desk were polite and friendly. Conveniently located with food nearby. The bad: I have a habit of inspecting my hotel rooms with a flashlight for bugs and I can say there there were none. However, the room could seriously use a deep cleaning. Dust was plentiful and it looked like housekeeping just touches up the rooms after each guest rather than cleaning but I still stayed there with no issue. Sheets seemed clean and everything was in order. There was coffee in the room but both pouches were decaf! - Seriously, WHY does ANY hotel put decaf in the rooms? Who drinks that stuff? There was supposed to be breakfast the next morning but all that was left at 9am was coffee and cold cereal. Would I stay here again? There really aren't any other options in Conneaut if you're looking for a chain hotel. It's a two star rating for sure but if you're not too picky, you can get a decent nights rest here.

Check in was a breeze, plenty of parking space, the restaurant food was really good, arrived to a very clean room, fully stocked with towels/anything you need, the front desk staff was super friendly and very helpful.

It wasn't open when I stayed there

This has to be the nastiest room we have ever came across. We should have left as soon as we saw the condition of the room, but it was late at night, we had already carried our luggage in, my husband has back pain, and he felt he couldn't tolerate a move. I'll just write a list: p*** on the bathroom door, filthy bathroom floor (we both decided a shower in that bathroom would be more detrimental than good), vent falling out of the bathroom ceiling, dried vomit in the carpet as well as multiple unidentified spots ( we wore out shoes anytime we stepped on the floor) on the carpet, the heating/a/c unit pulled away from the wall, one headboard with strips of whatever covered it pulled off. On the positive side the sheets and towels were clean. See pictures. I didn't get pictures of the vomit.

Work related. My first time to ashtabula and they made it very welcoming. The staff is awesome, housekeepers are very thorough. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Only bad thing is there is no elevator.

An older inn but maintained adequately. My biggest complaint is that they did not enter my loyalty card information. This seems to happen frequently at Wyndham run motels and is quite annoying. Why offer a reward system if you are not going to honor it.

Rooms was clean and sufficiently stocked. Staff were friendly and polite. Beds were uncomfortable. Continental breakfast was decent except monday and tuesday morning when it was extremely limited. Bar/Restaurant on premises.
