I was on my lunch break at work for a government agency in a government vehicle and professionally dressed. I don’t know why she would treat someone so poorly, and when I asked her her name, she asked me why I needed it, but the customer service was below

The second I opened the pizza box a smile was on my face,taste had me at first bite. I ordered the pizza and chicken I only got a small taste of the chicken it was good too but I couldn't stop with the pizza it filled me up and it was a small. Very good food????

A small veggie pizza was ordered. I wanted two toppings removed and added two others instead. Also had a Margarita and added another quarter glass later. The bill for this meal for one person was $48!! Seriously????

Very rude manager. They messed up my order, wasn’t surprised it usually happens. Waited an extra 20 minutes for them to remake my pizza while the rest of the food sat in the car and got cold. Not the first time they’ve messed up my food but it was the first time the manager was extremely rude to me.

One of the most inconsistent places I've ever seen. Always forgetting items that are supposed to go on the pizza or just made poorly. We've started going to Brunswick since they make a much better pizza.

The only good Pizza I can find in Akron. I moved here over a year ago. All others I tried are greasy and have no taste. And many of the employees/ owners are nasty..

Absolute incompetence. Ordered Lg pepperoni specialty and antipasto salad. Ask for salad to be brought out 1st. 25 min later ended with no salad and a 9" pizza (wrong size) wouldnt have been so pissed if it was even remotely busy 2 other people tables besides us and MORE THAN ENOUGH help all sitting i back booth. Worst part is no one takes order at table, had to go to register to order to begin with and couldnt get it right even then. Then was basically given an oh well screw you attitude when Ivwent back to the register to let them know it was wrong. Sorry not paying 23 for a 9" pizza that we waited over 25 min for
