Ordered two quarter pounds, and a fry. Told to pull up, wrong order came out. Went in to just get the correct order, manager loses his mind and pulls the we reserve the right to refuse service. Drive through was not particularly busy, only a couple people were dining in. Don't get fast food often because it is all garbage after all. But this manager didn't even have a name tag and refused to say his name. After reading the reviews and calling the complaint line, on top of being told. Oh we've had multiple complaints about him, GET RID OF HIM. If you want McDonald's go to Champion off Mahoning Ave. Or the one at Elm rd and 46.

15 minutes before close and I showed up. normally you get old fries or grumpy people, but everybody was smiling and I really appreciated that. also they made these fries and they were the most delicious fries I've had in a long time, My favorite fries and I didn't even have to wait that long. The fries were so good that I out loud said mm delicious, I could not control it.
They messed up my order. No surprise accidents happen, but when I drive all the way back from Cortland to have it corrected and I don't even get a sorry, that's terrible management. I had to wait inside for about five min for my food and they didn't even offer any refreshment or anything. Shameful.

I ordered my food and pulled up to the first window to pay and no one was at the window I waited a long time and had cars behind me. I finally decided to go to the second window to pay and the lady was so mean to me and screamed you should of waited..I told her I waited a very long time and she didn't care. Not coming back again.
