I love having authentic, delicious German food available right here in Crestline! Their chicken schnitzel and german potato salad are amazing. The owners and staff are welcoming and the service is great. They have also recently expanded their menu to include even more American favorites so, if you haven't been recently, stop in again.

Lily, Shelby, and Scott were super welcoming, fun, and attentive. We had a party of party of 6 including one child, who they all joked and entertained. We all enjoyed our meals and loved the cream puff. Thank you for welcoming us to the community, Lily and team!

We ordered a cheeseburger and chicken tenders. They brought the wife her salad. It had the wrong dressing, they took it back and eventually served it to another customer! It took a 30 minutes to get our food. The chicken tenders were not completely battered and weren’t good. My cheeseburger bottom bun was in 2 pieces and stale! We didn’t eat much and left! So disappointing! I just found out that this place changed hands a few months ago.

Food was good I fell it's a little to pricey a Brisket sandwich $12.99 and you don't get any sides you want fries they are extra. I think for the price it should include fries. My wife hade there special Alfredo and it was $18.99 then she added steak and that was a northern $1.25.When we were done with dinner it was $43.00 that kind pricey for what we had in my opinion.

I was really looking forward to going here, due to the reviews. I have lived in the area for nearly a decade and I’m doing my best to try local areas. The server was new, but she did great! My son had a hot dog and fries. I had a beer cheese brat. My son said his food was good and his hotdog bun was toasted.Mine was not good. The beer cheese completely smothered the untoasted, soggy bun and brat. Which would be fine, if it were actually good. The brat had no bite. It was the size of a hotdog with soft skin. I tried the waffle fries, they weren’t terrible but not much to mention about them.Maybe their breakfast is better? Who knows. I don’t think I am going to risk $30+ tip to find out.
the waitress is really nice, and the foods are delicious, made fresh and the desserts are

I just ate here. The absolute BEST biscuits and gravy I have ever eaten. The breakfast was SO GOOD!!! Their desserts are absurdly good also. I don’t know if you can beat this diner for taste and price. The staff is super friendly and I have never been so happy with the frequency of the coffee refills. Really great diner overall. I will DEFINITELY be back.
