This store doesn't ever have the product listed. It's so comical my wife has to ask which acme I went to when I come home with what I went for. This has been a constant headache for years now. Just this store. Ad comes out....no product. Again this has been for years now. So, your one store has me guessing if I want to be a customer at any of your stores. Sure the store looks good. ok, we all know Kroger has bought out the family owned Acme. now I do not see one cashier that I know. one new person said they left. I will miss their commitment to excellence. They can not be replaced. so sad. Many were here for decades.

I wouldn’t really call this a drop off site. The lady was extremely rude, like I was bothering her by being there. They can’t take anything but dropped off pre postage envelopes. When I asked why they’re labeled as a usps drop off if you can’t in fact drop off she proceeded to get even more rude. This acme has gone down hill in customer service. I won’t be returning, I rather spend extra and go to giant eagle.
