This particular Arby's is a complete waste of time. I have never had a single flavor of shake here every time I order one I'm always given a vanilla shake. It's like they make it their goal to serve the driest meat with the least amount of cheese too. Don't bother with this trashy place.

Low staffing so service slow st 5pm on a Tuesday. Employee sat behind me lounging across table most of my meal before going behind counter and gathering food and drink to take with her. The big Santa socks outside her non-work clothes were cute though.

I was at the this location on 11/22/23 between 11.15pm to 11.25 pm with my family . My kids loved Arby’s but it was very bad experience on this night . There was a lady very upset taking with us. She need to learn how to talk to customers plus +++ she hand out cold food . I pay for my food I didn’t ask for free ……………….

The new Cheesesteak is disgusting. All mushrooms and no real meat. A waste money. Look good picture. Buyer beware.
They definitely need more staff working during dinner rush. There was only 3 workers and all were very stressed due to the long drive thru line and the amount of people coming into the lobby. They were all very nice but very visibly under to much stress. As a corporate store they should be able to have enough prop to cover a huge rush like this. The higher ups need to do better

While the store it’s self is kept clean. All they need to do now is make the portions of food worth the prices they ask for. And slow down a bit to listen to the customer when placing their order. Other than that. It’s okWheelchair accessibility: There is a wheel chair ramp. And it’s pretty easy for people in wheelchairs to get in and out of the restaurant

Food was cold surprisingly for Arby's since they are usually fresh with every order. Ordered 2 6 piece mozz sticks that were 2 for 6 and a medium curly fry. Went thru the drive thru, there was 2 cars ahead of me. I recommend the potato cakes(a fav) even though they no longer have them and switched them out with the crinkle fries.
