Place looked abandoned when I went there and they were closed during business hours.. i wasted my gas and my time and tbh, I'm still not completely sure that this place isnt actually permanently closed. I mean the grass around the building hadn't even been cut.

I use to food prep for Boston chicken before they became Boston Market, this particular Boston Market is on Howe Cuyahoga falls I believe, no cornbread, the display case was not what it should have been, the young lady Mgr. was nonchalant her excuse was the truck hasn't arrived, from the outside it looked like it was closed, I was very disappointed with this particular location, I wanted a meal something close to a home cooked meal I was sadly mistaken, when I pulled in the lot I should've U-turned right back out of there since I was the only car in the lot besides I guess the Mgr. Vehicle the Shaker location would have never looked like that, my friend told me they were disappointed & vowed to never return to that location I said thanks I spent my money already, the presentation was not up to Boston Market standards is all I can say☹️?? I ate what I thought was safe !!!! No dishes to recommend, especially when most of your menu wasn't available to order.

I placed an online order this past Easter Sunday for myself and my family, only to get to the store to find out that they were closed! I called their catering service that, I believe, uses a 3rd party calling company and gave them all my information and was told someone would get back to me. Next day, I call the store myself only to get a busy tone. This place was quick to take money out of my bank account but isn't trying to give it back. I will be reporting this to the BBB for fraudulent practices! How dare they withhold funds knowing that they can't provide the food! Why would they even allow people to place orders on days they are closed?!

I've ordered delivery from this location twice in the past few weeks and both times they messed up the order: missing items, unapproved substitutions. The first time, corporate sent me a gift card. So I used it for my order today (figured they deserved a 2nd chance). I won't be ordering from this location again.

This review will be broken into two parts. Let's make this simple.1 Establishment was very clean. Overall setup of this joint is nice I love the atmosphere for what it is. The service was pretty good as both girls behind the counter were nice and efficient.2 Food is the downfall here! I ordered a half slab of ribs, Mac and cheese and sweet potatoes. I was given a small container of starch and cheese erm I mean Mac and cheese for some odd reason. No complaint here outside of it being too salty for my taste. As far as the ribs of boiled spam slathered in cheap bbq sauce is your thing then by all means have at it. The corn was decently over cooked and had the lingering effect of whatever oil or margarine they use to bring it to life. The sweet potatoes had no texture, almost giving off a mashed vibe. Although the flavor of the potatoes was good the fact they are mushed to the heavens makes them subpar in my opinion. I'll come back when I'm 65 won't have to bring my dentures to eat that's for sure. 2 outta 5.

Is this place still open. I don't stop because it looks closed. The 2 times that I have the food was horrible. I have been to other BMs and they were much better.

They are consistently out of things every time we visit. Usually it's the meatloaf or the chicken pot pie. Today it was both, along with nearly half the other menu. Thankfully they had other menu items that we eat. They changed the take out containers and it honestly seems like this location is extremely close to going out of business. It's a sad state of affairs. The girls working tonight were great though!

A year or so ago I had ordered doordash from BM and the food was sub par. I waited a year or so and ordered it again. Wow it was the same sup par again.Well below BM standards.The meatloaf was very good.The chicken breast I got was barely warm, dry and tasted like it came out of the refrigerator and microwaved for a few seconds.The Mac and cheese was tasty but seems like it came straight from the refrigerator as well.The cornbread was hard as a rock.Either there was not much prep going on before the store opened today or staff doesn't care.When I worked at BM years ago we did our best to give the customers good quality food and service. I probably would have been reprimanded or fired if I had let food go out the door like that.

Love this place-one of our favorite places to pick up a GREAT home style meal. Sam's Club chicken is the PITS. Not humanly raised or free range.

Hey , just ordered and ate my chicken soup , it was delicious. Only problem was a thin piece of metal in it. It is not quite an inch, took it out of my mouth to see what it was. I immediately look up numbers for restaurant, so I could inform you of foreign object in the soup. But after a steady bust tone after multiple trys, I figured this was quickest way to let you knowKid-friendliness: ?

Came in at 3pm wanting A salad, a sandwich, and a quarter white Parmesan Tuscan… was told they didn’t receive their truck yet… I’ve worked at Boston Market for 9yrs at a time, and this is the worst condition I’ve ever seen the Boston Markets in. Everytime we go they are always out of stock of everything. Time for the quarterly visits from corporate.

Ordered a meal for 6. What a joke about the sides. Not enough but for 2 people. I will never order again. Terrible when it was a Christmas dinner

So if you discontinue a marquee item, like Prime Rib, you should take it off your menu.3rd time we've tried to get food from here and was disappointed yet again.
