The worst dining experience ever. Will not go back. Not impressed at all. We waited 50 minutes to get our dinner after we placed our order. Our waitress was not attentive at all . She was more concerned about the bar area and the customers at the bar then her other customers in the dining room. We had no silverware . Our water had white floating things in it and glasses were dirty. My husband got cheeseburger on a lettuce wrap and as shown in the pictures the lettuce wrap was wilted and brown the burger had no condiments on it that was asked to be put on it. The burger and tots were cold. Wasn't about to send it back cause didn't want it put back on the grill and then spit on instead of makingfresh. . Chicken tenders were over cooked and dry fries were cold as well. Also had a hair on the plate. Manager never came around to see how our service was or food.i have posted pictures of the food that was ordered. Will never go back. I don't recommend this business as a place to eat. Tables were sticky. Should be zero stars....

Excellent experience! Manager put on games we wanted and server was outstanding (Starletta B.) she needs a raise!! She made excellent suggestions and was personal. If we lived here we would come Back for all the week day things she told us about!! - thanks from the birthday lady for the fried twinkies and signing

The tables need refinished. Ours was sticky from being wiped so many times over the years. You could see bubbling where hot plates of food rested over and over again. But food was very good and our server was great!

My wife and I sat at the bar, Tonai’ D was bartender, she was awesome. Great beer selection. We split a beer battered fish dinner, that was amazing.

Hands down the single worst dining experience "ever". I'm not sure I even want to call it dining when you don't get any food. I could have ordered Door Dash at this site and got food before the waitress acknowledged we existed. 4 other tables/customers that were seated after us were getting "To Go" containers before we got water (exactly 1 hour later). All we wanted was to order drinks, apps, and our meal and the wheels immediately fell off.Our complaints about the service were discarded and other servers smirked and actually laughed about our complaints. The complaints soon reached the onsite manager that had little or no explanation as to why our entire order for the 4 of us was in the wind. One meal of chili was brought out 15 minutes before the salad. No other meals were brought to the table until we talked to the manager. Repeated apologies not accepted, and the offer of a free meal was refused as I did not want or accept an hour old warmed-over To Go bag of sh++.Thanks for the humiliating experience and going to make sure I get the word out about how your organization treats its customers.Dietary restrictions: NA

Food was good. Atmosphere was good. Service was terrible. It was literally just two of us & we waited nearly an hour for our food. It was 8:30 on a Saturday night at the Howe Ave location. The place was not busy at all. There was a couple other people we noticed were also waiting a very long time to get their food. Our waitress barely came to check on us. I'm not one to typically leave reviews, but the service here REALLY needs some work. If the service wasn't bad, I would come here more often.
