Wow! This Burger King was clean! The food was good. I got exactly what I ordered. Everything was fresh. The staff were professional. There was no trash in their parking lot. The bathroom was clean. Even their windows were clean.

My husband and I love the frozen coke here but when it comes to food you guys never listen and we get short food all the time and never make a deal about if because I work in fast food and I get it but it’s getting very irritating

Horrible, unfriendly employee, rude and belligerent to me while waiting on my take out food at the counter. Managed to get a refund though from another employee. I complained online to Burger King, franchise management followed up on it. 2 free value meals isn't worth going back after that horrible racist treatment.

First time visiting this location. The atmosphere is different than most other Burger King locations I have been to. State Road Cuyahoga Falls has a Southwest/Western look.
Everything was fine correctly and hot when given to us. Pop machine is being funky - ice machine is slow - soda was busting out. Very clean and friendly staff.
I order the food from drive through, one young black lady was there she was so rude to me. I had very bad experience with this location, bad customer service, because of that attitude I left without food.

Literally the slowest BK I've ever visited. They also make you wait to order at the box so it looks like their drive though times are waaaaayyy shorter than the 20 minutes it just took me to get 2 burgers.

I ask before I pull out drive true if she put ketchup on my bag and marinara sauce she said yes pull in the parking Magic Happen My Saucedisappear wend inside ask for my marinara sauce to a girl she give time I tell her I take the ketchup out side them no ketchup this is one my favorite Burger King so now I m about to quit come here this is my second time this happened to me
