Definition of mediocre burger. The patties were overcooked, dense and hard, not juicy at all and little flavor. Feels like they grabbed them out of the freezer and microwaved them for 5 minutes until all liquid vaporized. Sad patties.
The 2 girls working were as nice as they come. Food was decent, the restaurant was filthy. My husband and I were the first people in the restaurant on a Sunday. No one else came until we were more than half done with our meal. Floors had not been swept or mopped from the day prior. The condiment counter was disgusting and the trash cans were more than half way full from the day prior. Bathroom was not much cleaner than the eating area of the restaurant. We historically love this place but they are so short staffed that it's sad seeing two people try and handle everything. It means a long wait, the drink machines have maybe half the options available, and other customers were loudly unhappy. We were patient and our food was fine.Vegetarian options: Their veggie pattie is one of my all time favorites! Paired with onion rings as a side is a great vegetarian option!Kid-friendliness: Kids meals are a little expensive but well proportioned.
