Incredibly rude. I understand it’s free cone day, but I specifically purchased a drink and a blizzard so I could get a small bowl so my baby could enjoy ice cream with the family. The woman I asked it for basically laughed at me as she was handing me MY PURCHASED items. It’s one thing if I’d asked and not paid for anything. But i had specifically paid for this reason.

I bought a cake for a friend as a housewarming gift, they were able to hold it there till she was Ble to pick it up the next day. The customer support was above and beyond to make it very special

Usually good DQ soft-serve ice cream but service not as good as Montrose DQ.

You have some distasteful stickers on your downspout in the drive through between the windows. Likely from kids but they should have been promptly removed. Also horrible drive through employee today. Gave my food to the car in front of me who gave it back then didn’t remake the food per my request since it wasn’t a sealed bag. I was quoted a different price at the order speaker vs the window also and had to adjust my cash payment... I guess I’ll get Swenson’s more often now.
