It takes 25 minutes in the morning to get through the drive thru. Either poorly staffed or need different staff! Won’t stop at this location anymore.

This location is 100% okay with ripping customers off. I ordered bacon egg bites for my son and they were out of them. The employee initially offered the veggie egg bites. I asked what was in them and was told carrots and celery. Which I later looked it up, its actually tomato and spinach with cheese. Talk about not knowing the food options you offer.. She then offered a few other replacements so I chose the croissant stuffer (option I figured he'd actually eat). Realize after I pull away from the podium that there's a price difference of $1.10, egg bites being more. I brought it up with the employee at the window, saying I didnt want overcharged for a replacement and she said "yeah I get it, one sec." She then closed the window and walked away. When she came back, she gave me my food and closed the window before I could say anything. Guess I just have to deal with paying $4.89 for a "snack" item that really only costs $3.79. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Interstellar Hobo

I was out of town and stopped in for a midnight coffee. The place is difficult to get too it is off the main road in an off road group of restaurants. Service was fast coffee hot. I don’t go inside so atmosphere is always 1 if I don’t experience it.

This location has gone downhill with their customer service. I've had to leave the drive thru line without anything because it was taking way too long. The employees don't greet you right away and you sit there for minutes at a time wondering if they will take your order or if you should just leave. This has been happening a lot in the afternoon. Multiple employees are working so I don't understand why they are so slow. The drive-thru is supposed to be quick but lately it's not worth it to sit there waiting for so long. I've tried going inside and waited there at the counter for ten minutes before someone finally decided to take my order.

The parking lot is absolutely terrible when the drive through line gets long. The line blocks people in who park to go inside.

This place has taken a nose dive so badly. Literally the service is terrible. Easily a 20 min wait in the drive through everyday. Today they gave me a drink with a hole in the bottom from slamming it on the counter so I lost half my drink in my car. Awesome.

Everytime we go here lately they are out of everything how does a business have doughnuts in their name and be out of 90% of their doughnuts all the time. Just tried to pick up my mobile order that i prepaid for was told when i arrived that they were out of the 2 doughnuts i ordered for my son, then i tried to get replacements and they were out of them as well. It was 10am how are you out of so much. Then i asked to be refunded for the doughnuts so i could ho get him some at a real doughnut place and was told that i had to go through the app and customer service to get a refund. I would recommend going some where else the service at this location is garbage.

If you are a doordash driver never accept orders from the store. Yeah, the deprioritize the orders and you can wait upwards of twenty minutes for your order.If you're a customer don't order from this store. You're mobile order I'll get about as much attention as ours do.

Visited today to grab a mobile order. Waited for 10 minutes outside for it to get done. Came inside and had to wait another 10 minutes. Even that being the case, the hash browns I ordered were barely warm, the pancake sandwich thingy ( scientific term) was made on a tortilla instead of a pancake. I didn't even bother to go back in to have that corrected. And the coffee was bitter and burnt tasting. The best part of the entire meal were the donut holes and those are just frozen and thawed. I would say it was because they're busy but they weren't. Also there were like 10 people working...And by working I mean that word very loosely. There were only 3 cars in the drive thru with 1 person waiting in doors for his order. It seemed to be fully staffed for a fast food/ coffee place in post covid days. Yet the orders were entirely too slow for them to be barely warm. You would think slow would mean hot and fresh. But nope not the case here. Slow, just means slow.There's a Starbucks two doors down. Go there. It's worth the extra expense just to not have your time or money wasted.

We couldn't park in the parking lot due to the drive through traffic blocking both sides. We were given one coffee immediately and had to ask for the other coffee 20 minutes later. Two employees blamed each other and both coffees were made wrong.
