I love Jimmy John's as a chain, but this place is soooooo slow. I have ordered delivery from here more than 20 times in the past two years, and it takes forever. If you are good waiting about 40 minutes for a sub, it's fine. But since JJ's schtick is "freaky fast," it's disappointing.

I ordered my food at 2 didn't get it till 4 and when I called they had no idea where it was at but when I did get my order the driver was really rude and the food was soggy and I couldn't eat it I tried going up there but it looks like they got shut down.

I love jimmy johns sandwiches! Sadly, this location has unbelievably poor customer service. And they are slower than pizza delivery. The delivery driver waited around for more orders (the store told me when I called) because tickets kept coming up. My order shows in my account as being out for delivery as of 5:59pm. It is currently 6:34pm and still no delivery on site. When I complained about the fast service I was told the policy is to get it to me as fast as they can. Sadly, this is not true because the delivery guy decided to wait on more orders instead of getting my my delivery. And he is obviously not delivering in order since I live less than a mile away. The person I talked to on the phone was rude and tried to argue with me, not once apologizing. I will not be ordering from this store again.

The lack of professionalism of this Jimmy John’s location has soured our experience. After a long day all my wife wanted was a simple sandwich and drink. 30 minutes after the app informed us the order was out for delivery we still did not have her dinner, and when she called to speak with the store she was met with a disinterested and unapologetic employee. Not once was there any attempt to show empathy, nor to offer anything beyond a defensive attitude. The only excuse was that the store only had one driver working tonight and rather than having him deliver the two completed orders waiting, he waited for three more to come in and be made to deliver with the first two. When we pressed we could not get an ETA for the order.Adding insult to injury we live less than one mile from the store and ultimately waited just over 40 minutes for my wife’s sandwich, and our driver did not deliver the drink that we paid for. We will not be rewarding this location with any patronage in the future.

They put so much sauce on my sandwich it arrived soggy and gross - uneatable. There was no saving it and it ended up in the garbage.

Ordered a sandwich it claimed on the website that they delivered the sandwich which I never received when I tried calling only got the answer service which said that the mail box was full.

Said it was open online... it was not. This has happened to us twice now at this (cuyahoga falls) Jimmy John’s, we come during business hours and the doors are locked. This time it was especially annoying given the huge OPEN signs on the windows.

Good food I can feel confident about eating! I’ve never been into fast food because of the grease and processed food, but jimmy Johns is all organic and the bread is freshly made everyday!? my favorite is the #9 with Jimmys kickin ranch!

Wow... food is great. But the rude low life customer service is unbelievable. I ordered online, when my food didn’t arrive despite being told on line it was delivered I called. The girl who answered was rude I don’t see her ever finding success with the way she behaves. Hung up on me and never called back, when I called again she answered “what’s up”. The guy who finally delivered my food pulled up with the most offensive music as load as it could be with horrible language, not professional on any standard. It’s unfortunate Jimmy Johns hire standards are so low. I won’t pay money to be exposed to such low class behavior. They should be ashamed of themselves. Guess you can’t expect much anymore...

Poor customer service here unless you like self serve. I ordered the combo, first I had to ask to get the cup for the drink, then when my sandwich was ready they put it on the counter, when I asked if I could have a bag the person behind the counter pointed to under their side of the counter and said that the bags and napkins are there if you want one. Seriously, he could not have put the sandwich in the bag or at least have handed me a bag. I’m sorry to have been a bother to this young man.
