They gave me a mixed bucket not the 16 piece tenders I paid for. I called and they tried to tell me I ordered the mix. Then they said oh wait once I said I have the receipt and the sauces you gave me for the tenders. They then said I had to drive back to get the tenders and return the mixed bucket. I paid an Uber to get there because I am sick with cancer and don't drive. This was alot of money and to be treated like I was is just unprofessional as all hell. I will never go back there again. They didn't even have the chicken cooked enough so that it was crispy like it should be. I went to college to be a chef so I know being lazy when I see it. Maybe rehire people who want to be there and willing to take pride in the work put out. Not to forget the way they treat people when they mess up.

Have used this site my whole life and I am old. We got bucket 8 piece all-white with mashed potatoes, gravy and corn. The biscuits were good but there it ends. Chicken was greasy and not freshly cooked. We asked for extra crispy but they were out so got original breasts and extra crispy wings. Corn was actually brown and wrinkled as if it sat around for hours and reheated many times. potatoes were "ok" but needed gravy for sure. Sorry but so disappointed, I had to leave this review. Service was fast so that was a small positive. Bummer.

Ordered the new chicken wraps at 7 pm, it is currently 11:47pm I have not left my toilet since finishing two Mac n cheese wraps. I haven’t been to church since my grandma died but I’ve said 50 Hail Marys for this to end. Had to DoorDash Gatorade just to keep me hydrated. Do not get the chicken wraps unless you need to lose 50 lbs fast. There is an option to add a photo, I will not but it’s basically two girls one cup minus the two girls
