We booked on Open Table more than 3 weeks prior to our reservation. When we were seated, they brought us to the make-shift dining (their patio with plastic sheets covering the opening) on a 42 degree day. When I asked if they could seat us inside, the host rudely said no and just walked away (didn't even pretend to check). After we sat down and noticed the strong cold breeze hitting our feet I asked the waiter also if we could be reseated, he also rudely said no, they are booked and you cannot be moved. You would think with a reservation 3 weeks in advanced, they would have booked us in the actual dining room, or at least reached out to ask or indicate that it was full and we should bring extra socks. For a $120+ dinner, I would have thought that came with some heat. Very disappointing.

I am lowering the rating for food due to two issues: The soup appetizer came cold I ordered the calamari appetizer. One piece had a long hair imbedded in the breading. I discreetly pointed out to the server, so our party was unaware. Quite disturbing

The food was delicious and portions were good! Our server could have been a little more attentive. She left to bread and didn't come back. Finally asked another person and learned fresh bread was made and just coming out of oven. He even came back to let know it would be just a few minutes. Server brought bread, nice and warm!

We had a lovely meal at Leo's tonight. We were disappointed that wedge salad and shrimp fra diavolo are no longer offered. Our four friends were happy with their lasagna, eggplant parmigiana, and grilled salmon. We enjoyed the chicken scallopini too. House salad was nice too. Seems as though prices have inched up further... Halibut was 40 dollars( twice as much as the lasagna). Overall, a great experience, but less frequent than before because of prices...?

Overall was a good experience. Service was outstanding. The place has an active vibe. Cocktails were well made. Food was good and pleasing, portions were of good size. We will return.

We went for an early lunch with our daughter-in-law and two small grandchildren. The food was delicious and the staff was very attentive. We have always had good dining experiences when we've eaten at Leo's!

Came tonight to celebrate our family being in town for a visit. We had Liz as our waitress and she took such great care of us. Some of the dishes we tried were the sausage and caramelized onion pizza, the grilled chicken spinach salad, lobster bisque, crab cake and salmon. Everything was amazing!

Let me start off by saying that we usually enjoy our meals at Leo's. We were headed to an event but had ample time to dine & relax. We had reservations at 545pm. Arrived 5 minutes early. Our table was ready. We had a great young gentleman for a server! Then our table was switched servers - UNFORTUNATELY, she was very inattentive, the restaurant wasn't busy at this time and happy hour was ending at 6pm. We were a party of 3 & the only person drinking was my husband. He tried to order another beer at least 3 times, but we couldn't get anyone's attention- and our server was MIA - Until 615pm well after happy hour has ended. We ordered an appetizer, calamari, which was very good. Our daughter had a pizza, my husband had the shrimp risotto, and I ordered the Bronzinni Fish & chips. The chips were cold upon arrival, and the coleslaw was so HOT from all the horseradish added to it- I had to actual spit it back out on my fork- and I like horseradish ??‍♀️?? the fish itself was ok, nothing spectacular to pay 26$ for. This I hope was just an off night for one of our go to restaurants. For a 100$ dinner bill, I expected better. Please give our server some re-training, attention to detail, and wait staff pointers. Our service lacked immensely & it seemed as she was overwhelmed.

Our waitress, Tracy was nice, and did a great job. But we were seated on the heated patio and it was simply too cold. Most of the customers were wearing coats. It was OK, but I'd only go back in the summer.

best lasagna i have ever had! (sorry mom) I am not a huge fan of italian food but i cant pass up Leo's. every time I have been to this restaurant i try something new and have yet to find a dish that is anything short of incredible. the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is great. but the food is amazing. I live in Utah and travel to Ohio a fair amount and Leo's is an absolute every time.

My husband and I always love going to Leo's. The food is fantastic for the price that you pay! The ambiance paired with the service is incredible and it makes us want to come back! Our food is always hot when it comes out to our table, and the drinks are so good! I could go on and on about Leo's. We truly enjoy coming to this restaurant. If you're new to the area you have to try it out!

The food and the service were excellent. The booth where we were seated was too close to the door and next to the bar, so we really were in a noisy area with a lot of people milling around waiting to be seated. Again, the food was delicious though a bit pricey for what we ordered. But best of all was our server Nicole. She was amazing and really made the visit worth it.
