The staff is 10/10 extremely friendly and accommodating. The vibe is always welcoming and they are always on time with making their pizza. Give these folks a raise. Extremely clean as well.Dietary restrictions: They will remove certain items for you.

I had just went to marcos pizza about 20 minutes ago, the one on portage trail. I am so disappointed with the workers, the pizza it self and the fact that they scammed me. I ordered 3 large cheese pizza, 4 cheesy bread, and 2 drinks. One Pepsi and one maintain dew. I called and made the order online and told them to add all those to the list. When I went in person to pick up the order they said that the drinks were not part of the total. The total was 72. They added two other drinks and inside it did not show. The women was very rude and was not respectful at all. I kept telling her that the order was wrong and she just told me I’m wrong and yelled. Until I got the receipt and seen that I was right. Not only that, I went back home for my kids so we can eat and the pizza was awful and dry plus the fact that it was not good at all. This was also the cheesy bread it was disgusting. I’m very disappointed. I will never be going again.

order from here all the time, idk if theres new people working tonight or what, but i ordered a sub a pizza and wings, over 45 min late past expected arrival time, food was half cold, sub was missing 2 toppings i added, was missing both jalapeno ranches as well

We buy through here on a regular basis. They run a great fundraiser for our daughter's PTO program at school. We greatly appreciate local community outreach from amazing businesses. They have an amazing team of employees, always cheerful especially during the rushes. Only once has our order been slightly wrong and they made good immediately. Great pizza to boot!

Almost gave me the wrong order, then my order was wrong. Ordered no romesan and no garlic on the crust but they put it on anyway and did not include the pizza sauce cup.

Manager was EXTREMELY rude to my elderly roommate. Weeks his employees have been kind and making great pizzas.In a 5 minute phone call he escalated a problem to be incredibly insulting and rude--- instead of just suggesting a way to locate the item my roommate was requesting. If I could rate it 0, I would.

Typical great food from Marcos! Clean looking store, but the issue was the employee named April. April was extremely rude and unprofessional and made us feel very uncomfortable.

They forgot my kids box (no big deal), so I went back in and they just gave me her empty box. I even handed them my pizza so they could move it over, but I had to move it over myself. Lol. It was so bizarre.

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. Employees (not drivers) are rude, condescending clearly do not care about their job or any of the customers. Been ordering here for a long time and the last year it has been absolutely terrible and appalling behavior by employees. I thought I would give it another chance and I ordered it tonight. Big mistake as most of my calzone was was raw... Raw/undercooked bacon & chicken. Right because that's not going to get anybody sick. I had curbside pickup I called the number the number was put on hold eventually ended up going into the store and getting my food. Went into the store and there's a bunch of people standing around doing from what I could tell nothing. Absolutely positively terrible. Terrible service, terrible in store employees, appalling attitudes and the foods getting to be just as bad. When they close I'm sure they're going to wonder why. No I didn't bother to call for a refund or anything because im not going to deal with the employees crappy, rude and condescending attitude. I'll take the loss of the $10. Pretty pathetic when a dissatisfied customer won't even call in to the store to try to get this corrected because she doesn't want to deal with the employees and how shitty they are.

The restaurant itself and the employees are good, but the app they switched to for all online orders is easily the worst app I've ever used for any kind of food service. Ugly, outdated looking, extremely poorly put together. It does not save any of your information, requiring you to manually enter your card every single time, and it reset all my loyalty points I had before the change over and it says my account now is brand new. It's genuinely terrible, so much so that marcos is no longer my weekly go to when pizza is the plan. It's a shame, the food is usually pretty good and the people are friendly, but the hassle of the app outweighs the positives.

I order from this location atleast twice a month and my last two orders have honestly made me not want to bother anymore. Being quoted 35 minutes and it taking an hour and 15 minutes for a small pizza and calzone is nuts. I got the oven notification 5 minutes after I placed the order. I live 9 minutes away from the store, why does it take 45 minutes from the time it left the store for it to get to me? My food the last two deliveries have been so cold I’ve had to throw it in the oven it when it arrives, further delaying my families dinner. I never write reviews, but coincidentally I’ve stopped getting my review emails from Marcos. Not to mention, I call the store and the employee automatically puts me on hold before I can even get a breath out. Canceled my order and placed my order with Dominoes. Just all around disappointing.

This location has nasty staff. I ordered at 1:05 and called at 2:00 when we had not received our pizzas. The response was online orders are taking an hour and a half, your order is leaving next. When I called back at 2:35 they got nasty. She was very upset when I raised my voice back. Then she put me on hold, and when the manager picked up, I could hear her screaming in the background. Manager would not tell me her name but said that I couldn't yell at her when her employee started yelling at me. It is now 2:50 and no pizzas. I will be disputing the charge. Super disappointed.
