We absolutely loved this location! The team that worked here on Monday, April 8, 2024 at around 6pm went above and beyond for us! We placed our order online and they carefully followed our “special requests” instructions and even included the different salad sauce we wanted. We are used to fast food places messing up our order 9/10 times and these guys got it all right AND also went above and beyond. The food was very tasty, everything was carefully packed and we were even able to order extra stuff when we got there for pick up with very little wait time. The cashier was super friendly and the whole experience at this location was great!Parking: Big parking lot in a plaza

I love going to panera bread the soup is good. The one time I go when I was pregnant I find a bug in my soup. Called and told them about it the refunded the money for my soup. Never went back. Very disappointed ?

Went in for a loaf of bread at Cuyahoga Falls Panera.There were 2 loaves of the rack .The employee at the counter said "oh I have to check to see how much we have left"Then came out and said "sorry I can't sell it to you,ww havetosve it for making sandwiches ".....WOW! I'll never go back there! Was pretty much told my business wasn't good enough.I hope the bread goes stale.

The botanist is the best place for you to try to get a waiver for your patient needs and let them know that you are not going to be able to fight for the baby and then get back into the light yesterday and then we can figure something out for delivery to the house and we can get a new job very interesting in the future with the application voided if you want to soak those dudes in some alcohol you can hear them from here on the sidelines of the world War in Iraq and I

Cashier was DONE but still had to finish he shift. Asked me for My Panera card, I showed her, she asked for the phone number. I have no clue which phone number I linked to the card. I started reading the number from my keycard app. Rolls her eyes. No longer interested in card, but SHE asked ME. Sigh.Hope her night gets better.
