Pav's is a must stop when in downtown Cuyahoga Falls... there is always a line to the door, but it moves quickly, and everyone is happy to be there! The service is great, and the ice cream treats are even better. They have everything from cones to adult milkshakes. The best part is that the ice cream is made in-house. You gotta go!

Counter person was colder than the ice cream. Not very welcoming at all. My daughter wanted to try the ice cream and went online to find a flavor to try. I get there and ask for it and the cashier just said we don't have that. I said my daughter went online and this was a flavor that was on your website. Again, we don't have it. So I called my daughter and gave her the flavors that she pointed out off the menu. If it was for me, I would have just walked out. $16.50 for a half a gallon of ice cream and bad customer service.

12/17/2023Let me start off by acknowledging Jewels & Isaac for their fantastic welcoming into Pavs! Their bright & jovial demeanor set the tone for my first time there ( Live in Atl) I was given the full run down on how many flavors I could sample ( pretty much all) and how they had a " flight" of ice cream of any flavor on the menu .I was pretty much sold. I enjoyed their conversation and pleasant attitude ☺️.. I'll Definitely return when back in Ohio

The peanut butter sundae is excellent. The ice cream and the brownie make for a delicious combination! The ice cream is extremely rich and flavorful. They also sell pints of homemade ice cream for a ridiculous deal of buy one get one free at $5, so each for $2.50.
