Online ordered to pickup at 11:40am, my order was not ready until 11:58am. I was not acknowledged at all until my food was actually ready they called out my name. Wasted half of my lunch break. Didn't even receive an apology.

The staff is always very friendly & my order has never been wrong. Their food is delicious & worth every penny.
All subs must be baked to bake bread? Even Subway gives a choice. Asked for mayo and they baked it in the sub? Cheesesteak sub overall average at best.
