My daughter had a family dinner for my birthday 4/19/24. First I want to say my waitress did the best should could with what she had to deal with. We waited for an hour and a half we didn’t get our food until 9pm we asked for Togo boxes because was so late. When we finally received our food one worker and the manager brings a latter to start fixing on a light!! The worker got something in his eye, and we said can you please fix that light after we leave so that none of the particles would get in our food? This the first time I have ever been at Red Lobster and the manger didn’t ask how are we doing! The worst restaurant experience ever!!

So my girlfriend brought me here for my birthday first time in my life going to Red lobster and the worst restaurant ever...we waited for an hour and 30 minutes for our food that's after we waited about 10 minutes to be seated when there was no waiting time at all...like all tables were dirty we got charged for drinks that never made it to the table drinks were at the bar waiting for someone to take them to the tables and no one was doing so...only like 6 or 8 employees for the whole restaurant...worst place ever I will never come here or recommend anyone to do so
who ever the woman was with the glasses who was working at 3:00 pm on 4-2-24 gave us the worst service i have ever received, her attitude and her “disapointment” when we asked for just a couple minutes to decide what food we wanted she said nothing and walked away with annoyance, having this woman employed is a waste of business and a waste of time, i dont know how she even got hired

The lunch specials are great! I had Walt’s shrimp and they were delicious. My friend had the lobster and shrimp daily special and raved about it. The server was attentive and professional. Lovely, clean atmosphere. Very comfortable.
Thursday was good but the obvious answer is Tuesday. The shrimp deal is amazing ?

The appetizer dish was too hot to hold (a good thing), but all the entrees were just warm (NOT good). In addition, the linguini was too salty, and the fish (on fish & chips) was smaller than expected (based on description)..Wheelchair accessibility: Had no difficulty maneuvering my rollator.
Went when they opened and the place was filthy!!! There were straw wrappers all under the barThe Lobster tails were not cooked all the way and the waitress horrible.

New England clam soup tasted like a diluted polenta. It was garnished with several TBSP of an oil. Really? The shrimp looked like they were swimming in a liquid grease bath. The cheddar biscuits are on version 9 bad bad bad. I hadn't been in many years and it will be never again. Food is not free anywhere but to pay for mediocre at the very best is insane. Few alternatives do exist, look elsewhere.
