We ordered the wrong thing and she could tell we were confused. It was completely our fault but she could tell just by our reactions what we needed. And she whipped it right up for us!
I always order the same exact thing and this is the only Starbucks that does it RIGHT!!! ALSO KERRI IS THE SWEETEST AND I LOVE HER, SHE DESERVES A RAISE!!!!!! Thanks for being so awesome!!!!!!! I hope I spelled her name right lol!!!!!!!

Easily one of the best Starbucks in Northeast Ohio. The drive thru moves quickly, the drinks are made accurately, and the staff is nice. I've personally never had a bad experience here.
