Ok so there’s slot to say. I am a former subway employee of three years and nothing they did here was correct. The food made us sick my meat was not cooked at the right timing and it was cold and nasty. The woman almost overcharged us if we hadn’t noticed the price on screen. Not very good quality at all

I'm sorry, but I'm done giving Subquality chances! Hadent eaten there in a while, 1st try The Boss, bread was hard as a rock, thought I made a bad bread choice. 2nd, Chick Ranch, this time no toast, bread was hard as a rock. Last try All American Club, this time Italian Bread NO toast, even that bread was hard as a rock! People were nice, service quick, but I wont try again.

Google says you open at 8:30 but you don’t open until 9 & it’s clearly understaffed cause they always close early too

Got a sub and a wrap to take to a little league game. Ordered online and had to wait an extra 10 minutes for the order. OpeNed the sub and the wrap at the game and they were both wrong. The wrap was on sub bread. all the toppings were wrong or missing. Brought the wrap back for replacement the next day as they were closed after the game. Manager wouldn't take any action and when I insisted on speaking with her she accused me of eating the wrap meat. I told her it wasn't touched and she grabbed it, threw it into the garbage, and walked away. Very unprofessional approach on top of paying for food we didn't eat. People make mistakes on orders but this manager at this location doesn't care about customers.

It's clear that the owner just doesn’t care. If you're looking for a good sub sandwich, go to PENN STATION, Jersey Mikes, or Jimmy John’s.Not only does the food taste better, but you get more bang for your buck too. Ohhh, and don't be fooled, Subway is FAR FROM healthy, especially if you have to watch your sodium intake.

I ordered food from this subway on the app. It was accepted and they took my money. I get to the store and they closed the doors almost 30mins early! When I approached the front door to knock the employee looked up shrugged their shoulders and continued with the closing process. I tried contacting the store they probably ignored that as well. Horrible experience 8-9-2023 9:24pm

mobile order always messed up. call to complain and they worker took my number down and called me from their personal phone wanting to argue? always slather it in sauces even when you ask for a little bit. everything is always throw together and sloppy.

Don't choose curbside pickup because they don't do it. Even when there's no customers inside they won't bring out your order so they should just remove that option.
