So, just showed up at Trigo's on a Wednesday at 9:55am, to find the door locked. No note as to why. Someone inside actually motioned "not open," but offered no explanation. Not too happy I drove all the way over. Don't think I shall in the future.

Was really excited to go to this bakery after tasting some oat bran bread baked here from Szalay's. When I drove all the way to the bakery it was closed and there were no store hours on the door. What a tease! Please put up store hours and accurate opening times online!!!!

I have been buying their bread and tea cakes (muffins) for over a year now and they are absolutely the best that I have ever eaten. We have tried everything that they bake and absolutely love everything. It just doesn't get any better. Our only complaint is that he isn't always open when he should be based upon his posted hours. I have to drive over 15 minutes each way to their shop (which BTW I am happy to do), and so it really is disappointing when I find the door locked. You won't find better baked goods than this!

The bread was tasty but flawed in that the cinnamon raise bread had big holes. Also, the place is cluttered and unorganized leaving it looking dirty. The owner is very nice.

This is one of those places that you get to know the people, you check by every so often to see what they have, and they have a great product. A top notch local business with a very good product and good service. Be sure to try a muffin or a scone in addition to the bread.
