Pulled into driver thru today 4/11/24. A Lady came on the speaker and says we can't take your order cause we can't hear on speaker please come inside for us to take your order. I said excuse me and she repeated herself. I said if i wanted to come inside i wouldnt have gone through drive thru, so no thanks and she laughed. So Obviously they could hear or she wouldn't of heard me say excuse me or laugh at my response. This is the worse wendys I've been to ever. Ive only gotten good service once in the last 6 mos to a year. I keep trying to give them the chance to redeem themselves, and stopped going for several months but only had that one experience about a week and half ago where the service was excellent.

Wendy's is my favorite chain and I have gone to this location for decades. Unfortunately, as of late, this location has a terrible staff. They are slow, rude, and make mistakes for which they are unaccountable. This location is dirty and is routinely out of stock. After many attempts for a pleasant experience, I no longer go here.

Generally, I don’t leave negative reviews. But these guys are going to make someone sick.Take your business elsewhere!Workers preparing ready to eat food (fries) no gloves and an obviously itchy face/head. They did however, have a beautiful head of curly hair to that I’m sure they shared with everyone.Fantastic associate was diligently sweeping the lobby, but everyone else just stood around. Could have used some sweeping around the line as well.If that’s what I’m seeing as a customer, I’m scared of what I can’t see.
