Customer Service was Terrible!I Ate here 4/11 & the customer service was Bad but the salad was good.so I tried again…At Work 4/12 I ordered a different salad…..My mistake lettuce was Chunked up,Cucumbers not sliced like night before (u can’t cut them with the plastic knife ) Grilled chicken was dry. On top of that I was Charged a Convenience fee and I paid the same way the night before and was not charged a convenience fee.Maybe a place of hit and miss.

This place CAN be good at times, that's why I keep coming back. We have a good night, then I go back and it's nothing like it was a week ago. The main problem is the super floppy fries and the extra dry, overcooked chicken tenders and wings. I've called and nicely mentioned "hey, the chickens in the fryer for too long or it was old abd dropped in again" but they don't care. Such a shame.
Arrived around 4 pm on a Wednesday. No one greeted us, so we seated ourselves after looking around at various table options. Beer cheese burger was average. Long waits to get waited on, receive drinks and much longer to get our food. Atmosphere is a bit hodge podge.
