There were 3 ppl visible when I enter. (Haven't been to this particular one in probably about 3 months. But this was my favorite one at one point.) But I walked in, no one spoke or even acknowledged I had walked in.. I turned my head, to look at the pop machine, the girl that was at the fry station looked at me then quickly looked away as my head turned back around. Still didn't speak. There was a girl washing dishes, she kept looking up, but said nothing. Didn't really expect her to, because she was washing dishes in the back. A guy then walk in (seemed like management, like a shift manager or something) like he was coming from a break of some sort. Walked in walked right pass me... Not one word. He never made eye contact. He set the cordless phone down & went to talk to the girl at the fryer. Then another man came from the what I assume is the back office. All three stood there talking to each other... I stood there for about 7 mins! Then the girl at the fryer, finally asked me " are you here for pick up or to place an order"? I was there for pick up. ..I said all that to say, the customer service in there hasn't been great in a long time. Which is why I started going to a different one. But the rudeness In there yesterday was off the carts. Mind you & I really hate to say this, but when other customers came in behind me, looked like mom daughter the guy, I assumed to be shift manger spoke to them & was super friendly to them. Smh so sad in 2024.Parking: It's a small little plaza. With about 3/4 businesses. So each business, only have 2 to 3 parking spots in front of them. Although, there is some parking on the side of the building

Terrible Service, Terrible food!

Takes 1 hr to do 20 wings. Management is really bad for forgetting the orders. The store wasn’t even busy. Ruined my birthday plans.

i never have written a review but i ordered a bunch of different wings and tenders with extra ranch and i didn't get a single thing other than all bbq. i really don't understand how y'all did this. y'all stole $40 from me and they won't even answer the phone.

I've called to order twice at this location and sat on the phone 15+ mins. No one answers the phone. Decided to order online.I had it delivered. I received my order with a smashed box, and ranch spilled all over the bag. Called, yet again, and was on hold 20+ mins so I couldn't even complain. I won't order from this terrible place again!

I ordered 6 Louisiana and extra fry seasoning on my fries. I get home and check my order, the fries have no seasoning and they gave me plain wings. This has happened more than once, the order is NEVER right. This place sucks.

I ordered $52 worth of food for carry out. I picked up food, thinking it was going to be great my son says it’s very good, got home and was missing 3 orders of French fries so I called and asked that either they deliver the missing order or to refund my card for the missing fries….they weren’t able to do either, they don’t deliver and they don’t do refunds at all on anything. Ever. Will never be ordering here again and it was my son’s Birthday dinner he picked.
