I have learned that if your order delivery, you will NOT get your drinks. This has happened the last 2 times I have ordered and nothing ever gets done. They just make you pay for items you do not receive. The food it good but I'm tired of spending money on things and not getting the things I pay for. Going to try other restaurants.

Back to the original menu - great plant-forward options! Really enjoy having a Bibibop in our area! Service is always friendly and pretty fast even when they're busy. The dining room set up isn't the coziest, but it's simple and clean so it works if you need to eat your meal there.

I've been a loyal fan of BIBIBOP for years now, so I was excited to move to an apartment with one so close by.However, this location is by FAR the skimpiest with their portions, and has been for the three attempts (strikes) I've given them now. I will now be driving to a further location to get better service and a better value for my money. It's worth the distance and gas at this point to get a bowl that is actually full of food. I would personally never trust this location with an online order.
This was the first time I had eaten here and it was really good. The staff was friendly and helpful and all the food tasted fresh. We will be back.

I usually order from the one off of Wilmington pike and I feel like the quality from that one is way better.The roasted broccoli had zero char on it. The sesame kale tasted like it was just plain kale.I usually double up on both of those ingredients so for them to be sub par left a bad taste in my mouth.Pun intendedI'll be sticking to my normal bibibop and won't be going to this one again.

Placed an online order for pickup, when I got there I saw maybe 5 bags sitting on the pick up counter so I went to see if one was mine. They were all turned to face behind the counter so I had to turn them around to see the names. I was stopped by an employee and asked what name I was looking for. I told him and he said hold on. I took a seat and waited 15 minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready before getting upset because I don't have that long to wait. I got in line to ask if my order was ready or when it would be, he goes to the counter and grabs it because it was there the whole time. Had he let me check the names on the bag I could've gotten my food while it was hot and had time to eat it before rushing back to work. Seriously nonsense in this day and age to make an employee check the names on the bags for pick up especially when they're busy or not interested in helping.
