i love this place. they have a huge selection of drinks and food!their cold brew is very smooth and the sweet cold foam adds the perfect amount of sweetness to it. their bragels are also delicious. you can customize basically everything about it. staff was also very funny and kind. the interior is very well decorated and homey. located in a nice area too. just wish it was closer to home ?

Biggby is usually pretty consistent quality-wise. But not this one. The sandwich tasted like a broiled burger more than a breakfast sandwich. It was very strange. The drinks are VERY sweet. That is easy to work with, though, just add an extra shot of espresso. The 3 stars is only for food and drink quality, though. The staff running the drive thru are kind and attentive.
I tend to order the same one or two things every time I visit, but last week I hit the drive-thru and ordered something different. The Golden Honey Latte, with cinnamon, turmeric and honey, was delicious! And the drive-thru moved at an acceptable pace, considering that it takes a few minutes to make each specialty drink.

I used to go here dailyThe coffee is good atmosphere is niceHowever….. I don’t know what changed in the drive thru but a 15-20 minute wait seems to be the norm.I’ve been going to the nearby Starbucks instead the last couple of weeksI REALLY hope they get this figured out there’s no way they’re not losing other customers due to the wait time
