I ordered online and although they forgot one of the sandwiches, the food was hot and fresh. When I called to let them know about the missing item the girl who answered was very kind and was able to issue me a refund.

I have ordered carryout from here 3 times and been disappointed all three times. The quality of food is fine, but the service has made it frankly not worth it. And I understand that in the restaurant industry sometimes there are rough times, but 3 times in a row?Most recently, I wanted to bring breakfast to my D&D group on March 30th. I placed my online order the night before (a 30 count of mini pancakes). My pickup time was 8:50 am the next morning. I show up at 9am (already 10 minutes past my pickup time). I told a staff member that I had a pickup and gave him my name, and he said verbatim "are you sure?" with a very flat tone. I double checked my receipt to make sure I had the correct store and I did, and I gave him the correct name and everything.I went back and forth with this guy for multiple minutes about whether or not my ordered even existed, until finally another staff member said "oh? I think the person that ordered 30 pancakes is here. I forgot about that." To which a kitchen staff member replied nonchalantly, "I forgot about that too." It was only then that they started working on my order.Observing the staff from where I was standing, they all seemed like they didn't give two craps about what they were doing. I have worked in a restaurant before and I didn't give a crap either, but at least pretend in front of the customers?Well anyway, it was an additional 15 minutes after my arrival that my food FINALLY came out. A sweet female staff member handed me my food (and I observed her taking control over the whole crumbling situation with other staff too. She was great).All in all, I cannot recommend ordering online for carryout. My order should have been ready by 8:50 but instead I left with it after 9:15, which is really unfortunate when I have a bunch of hungry nerds waiting for their pancakes, lol

This is a terrible place, the people never and I mean never answer the phone no matter how many times you call. I had a sibling working there for awhile and they treated her absolutely terrible and not to mention the food is soggy and some not even cooked.

I'm not the best person to share my experience only because my ex worked their The manager was a bully treated employee very terrible. If corporate would send in a observer to watch and see this attitude towards workers. Just maybe the culture will change . Maybe being the key word.

This location is consistent at being incompetent with actually getting your order correct. And if you order takeout, don't expect all of your food and utensils. Each time someone in my family request Bob Evan's I can rest assured that failure is coming our way. Do yourself a favor and choose a different location.

Nobody was in the lot barely at 2pm and now I know why. Things like yesterdays visit is continuing. Hostess was complaining about her job and cursing under her breath, The server was cursing in the waitress station and not super welcoming feeling while at our table and the chef had inappropriate music barely legible over the horrid music the store was already playing in the dinning room. The food is usually good here, but on other visits it's understaffed and sloooow. Servers are loud about hating their job a lot. It's like they don't pay well and nobody cares. I might just be done with the business....
