I wanted to share my experience with this catering service. Grab a cup of coffee and take a seat; its going to be a minute. I had my wedding planned out with another catering company. Then with less than a week before my wedding I realized that catering company and me would not work. The bride (me) began to panic. No cater meant no food. How on earth was I about to feed all my guests with no cater?Then I found out about Brock Masterson's catering and WITH LESS THAN A week's notice they jumped on the chance to make my wedding perfect.One more time, they had less than 1 week to feed my entire party! I took longer than that to pick out the perfect dress. These guys and gals are pros.No matter my request or desire they handled it like a champ. No complaints, no attitude, and definitely no more stress for this bride.Oh, and the food! I still dream about those roasted potatoes! My guest kept coming up to me telling me the salmon was the best thing they ate! The best part was that my groom and I have an inside joke about our unconditional love for Sprite and they made sure we had plenty of it for our wedding. Very thoughtful. Definitely will use again and tell everyone (even the random stranger ) to give them a try because if you don't I am sure you wouldn't have as great as a time as I did.

Brock Mastesons Catering had a booth at the Dublin Irish Fest. They had a 3 potato hash sauce on the menu for $10. While that seemed a little pricey, it also sounded super good and filling, so I ordered it. To be honest, I was disappointed with my first bite-- it was just lacking salt and some seasoning. However, I looked back at the counter and realized there were several shaker bottles of different seasoning salt blends so that you could season your food to your liking. That changed the game. After a sprinkle of the seafood blend, the potatoes were delicious! They had both spicy and regular dill sauce. I got both-- both were great, but I preferred the spicy. All of the flavors in the container mixed so perfectly! Would like to try more food from Brock Masterson's! The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very pleased with catering provided for a reunion. Rick Does an amazing job. I received Many compliments on our food . Chicken skewers were moist all evening-as were meatballs. I recommend the lasagna! The cheese and veggie trays were beautiful as well as yummy. Definitely recommend! And special thanks to Traci and her helpful daughter for set up!

The friendliest staff in the entire world! They make you feel like family and treat you and your guests as if they were their own! The food is always sooo amazing! The chefs spin on your personal menu is terrific! So pleased everytime Brock's caters my events or an event I'm attending! The charcuterie is amazing!

They did an excellent job catering my daughter's wedding. The food was amazing and the reception was beautiful. We got so many complements on it. Traci had everything so organized and detailed. I had all the information I needed when talking to the other vendors, placing orders, etc. I would highly recommend.
Outstanding experience 2 years in a row. I travel to Dayton from New Hampshire every year and we have tried at least 5 different options for a no hassle Thanksgiving dinner, but we were never really happy with what we got. The search is finally over. The food is DELICIOUS with extremely easy instructions to reheat and affordable, particularly for what you get. They are super flexible and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend!

Brock Mastersons thanksgiving is awesome. This is my second year of using them. The food is beyond good. They were also really good getting back to me. I asked for extra items and substitutes and they accommodated my requests. Their professionalism is great. Order pull up at your time slot and they put it in the car. It's packaged for easy heat up the next day. I believe I'll be ordering every thanksgiving. Thanks Brock Masterson for the awesome meal. My family thanks you too!

Help from serving the food, helping wedding party with pinning their flowers, to making sure guests had a beverage, food and cake.The food itself was outstanding, fresh and so flavorful. My husband and I had a vow renewal and we hired Brock Mastersons to cater our meal but they did so much more. Traci went above and beyond for our special day. Our venue did not have a full kitchen so they had to prepare the food and bring it to the venue and it was absolutely delicious. They plated a 5 course meal for us and our guests without a hitch. We absolutely loved the staff and how gracious and excited they were to celebrate with us.

These guys make GREAT food, especially the hash and the crab cakes! What’s amazing though is how MANY people they can feed in practically no time! You can be 50 ft. back in their line at a major event like the Dublin Irish Festival, and move up constantly at about a slow walk to be ordering in just a few minutes.
