Wasn't actually able to get food from here. Saw their drive thru had several cars, so I was going to go inside.But when I tried, there was a sign on the door that said the dining room was closed due to staff shortage. So I got back in the drive thru line. Waited several more minutes, but still not even one car had moved past the ordering board. I finally left the line when it failed to move and went across the street to Wendy's. ?‍♀️I get that you can be short staffed, but if you can't even take one order in less than 10 minutes, maybe they shouldn't be open that day??

We went to Wendy's on Harshman.. and she waited forever to answer.. we was the only car in line.. my husband asked twice if she was ready to take our order... finally got tired of waiting.. went acrthe street to Burger King.. with no wait.. took our order.. got our food.. thank you burger King for a quick fix

Waiting for an hour still did not receive my food and then they were out of cookies and of course the proverbial shake machine was dowh no customer service I understand that it's lunch rush but it should not take an hour to get my food at a fast food

I tried using a BK gift card here a couple days ago inside the restaurant but the lady working the drive thru couldn't get it to work. The following day I call and check the card, it stated that there was indeed$20 on the card. So I go back but this time through the drive thru. The same lady was working and when I handed it to her she got visibly frustrated and told me I should have came inside if I was going to use that card. I was confused cause I literally tried that the day before and stood at the counter for 15 min while they just kept taking cars through the drive thru and by the time I got back to work I had 5 min to eat my lunch that I had to pay with on a different card cause she couldn't get my gift card to work. The guy in the drive thru with her kept telling her me sitting there while they manually entered the card was killing their drive thru time and getting frustrated. I don't get what the issue was but I've since used the same card at a different store and it worked fine. Maybe it was user error I guess. Common sense isn't so common I suppose. None the less I won't waste my time going here anymore. Kind of unfortunate cause it's close to work and there's not much to choose from. I don't recommend dining in here or coming here if you're in a hurry. Also the pop machine was out of ice and the pop tasted flat.
