This was the first, and will be the last time we order. Ordered for pickup, and when we got back to the hotel and opened the box found that it was a veggie pizza, not the pepperoni we had ordered. Called the customer service line and the CSR was like, "So, do you like want another, or do you want to just eat that one?" Uh, no, we wanted a pepperoni pizza we don't like the veggies on that pizza. THEN we were told we would have to come back and pick up the second pizza ourselves, AND bring the first, wrong pizza back with us. Terrible customer service all around.

Recommended by a friend from the area, and it did not disappoint! Delicious thin crust pizza with finely chopped pieces of toppings! The tried and true cheese and pepperoni was also great! Staff was helpful with choosing sizes and explaining the toppings of the deluxe and super deluxe pizzas! Atmosphere is kind of plain, but it doesn't matter because it's all about the pizzas!Kid-friendliness: Kids easy to please with plain cheese pizza or pepperoni

Pizza delivery took over 1 hour and the pizza was so salty we could barely eat it!!! It was as if they were playing around and put a full canister of salt on the pizza. We wont order from this Cassano's ever again!

They did not pick up the phone… went on their 1990s website and was charged 11$ for a tiny pizza that taste worse than hunt brothers pizza… save your money go elsewhere.

AWFUL PIZZA. The cheese is rubbery and super greasy. It’s like chewing on a pencil eraser. I asked for well-done and got almost raw crust. They did a terrible job cutting it and it was difficult to pull apart. I can’t tell you how disgusting this pizza is. Go somewhere else.And you cannot build-your-own in a small size, you HAVE to get a large. So if you want to pick your own toppings, you have to pay for a large, which is stupid. Surely, they could take a small crust and put two toppings on it. Now I’m stuck with a $19 terrible pizza that I don’t want the leftovers of.Oh, and they were out of something we wanted, so they called and left a message to call back. It turns out YOU CANNOT CALL THE STORE DIRECTLY. It goes to a call center and they have no idea what they’re doing or what to do to help you. So have fun with that.We’re sticking with Marion’s.

Miller Laine has poor quality for Cassano’s and has gradually gone downhill. They told me 40 minute delivery time has been over an hour and 15 minutes still not here.

Update again: After this msg I was contacted and they gave me a credit back which I appreciate. I did go back and get a pizza and it was really good! No issues with it at all. Thanks!UPDATE: They responded and asked me to email them so they could “make it right”. Of course I did and never heard from them again! ? The outcome I expected.Nothing but bad experiences. Last week me and some co workers went after dinner time. We could see the back of one guy making pizza. We stood there for 10 mins without him ever acknowledging us so we left. We were literally the only people in the place which seemed like a red flag.This week we go back. There’s a few people eating and the guy that took our order was nice but kept fumbling around. Everyone got pizzas except me. I got a steak sandwich. Simple enough you’d think……Everyone gets their pizzas about 20 mins in and I still don’t have the sandwich. 30 mins and it comes out. Completely opposite of what I told the guy to put on it. He apologized and went and remade it and I got it a little more than 10 mins later….in a TO GO box. Everyone was done eating and ready to go before mine came the first time. It cost me $21 with the tip for a sandwich, small bag of chips, and water. Complete waste of my dinner. I got it back to the hotel and the meat was really wet and tasted like maybe they microwaved it just to get it back to me so fast. 30 min first time. 10 min the 2nd time. Don’t take a genius to figure that one out. Tried it twice, I’m done. Never going back. The pizzas did look good but mine was just such a waste of my time and money
