My husband swears this is the best pizza. He is from Ohio and worked there as a teen. I ordered these for our 26th anniversary! To say he was shocked is an understatement! They were delicious!

asked for my sandwich WELL DONE it was barely toasted and luke warm and cheese was barely melted... to top it all off I took a bite of the 2nd half of the sandwich a piece of cheese hit me in the chin and when I grabbed it it was attached to a black hair that I pulled out of my mouth...DISGUSTING! This is the 2nd time this has happened...I won't be ordering food from you anymore

Admittedly by them the website doesn’t put a topping on the build your own, but while ordering the wait goes from 20 up to 40 mins but then they have to call the call center to add the topping bc they just simply can’t add pepperoni without HAVING to charge me which not only takes more of my time but also stops production when they are busy but also seems super petty when I just made a $53 order and we can’t just throw some pepperoni on and keep it moving. Pizza is decent but that’s pretty silly. It’s already pricey but the pettiness and waste of time just doesn’t add up to a good value to me….edit: after getting the food I didn’t get as displayed on the receipt I had to come back and wait for another pizza to be remade after calling the call center again (while busy) and let my other food get cold just to be told that I only deserve a $5 credit. Unreal. Edit#2 she was at least nice and let me keep the pizza so I’ll add a star, lady was nice overall but I think the company making her feel like she has to do this is the real problem. Empower your employees to fix an occasional issue on their own.

The customer service from the shift manager was fantastic and earned the second star. Ultimately, the medium pizza was as salty as the floor was sticky (why?), and the order was not ready anywhere near the "about 20 minutes" that I was told. The pulled pork calzone was off-putting. For $35, I expect more.Parking: Very poorly lit parking lot. Very, very poorly.
Removing 2 stars because I have ordered the BIG CHEESE twice this year and once no big cheese at all and today seems lacking.

Lunch was 15 dollars for a sub and fountain drink pop. Pop machine leaking water off end onto mat on floor everytime I went to fill my cup. Sub arrived and it was luke warm. Cheese barely melted and steak pattie not even warm. No did not mention this to them because if I am the ONLY customer in the entire dining room I am sure this was their standard way of preparing the food. Really used to enjoy cassanos too. Last time I got a pizza from their same case cold and that was picking it up and going straight home and I live fairly close to their. May try a different location but definitely won't be returning to this location

Have gotten 2 pizzas from the moraine Ohio location David made the best pizza ever. The second one I don't know who made it but it was good too they make it exactly how you order it thanks you get a 100% from my family

I visited this location and had a great experience. I’m from Trotwood but I’ve been living in Georgia for the last 17 years. Whenever I’m in town I love to stop by Cassano’s Pizza. The shift manager Bradley did an outstanding job. He’s very professional and friendly at the same time. Overall, I had a remarkable experience thanks to Bradley. I will be back the next time I visit.
