Food was above average and portions were nice and large. The server was nice and friendly. She didn't have very many tables so I'm not sure why but someone else brought our food literally seconds after our actual server brought our entree's so by the time we got to our dinner it was cold. But overall good experience and we will return.

I had visited another chili’s before and can say it was the worst service and I said I’d never eat chili’s again! I came to this location and it was such a big difference! Every one had a smile on their face and was so quick! Everything is how we had ordered it and the manager really made her rounds to talk to the customers! I will for sure drive 20 mins out of my way to eat there again!

Went for dinner the other night and was met immediately by a hostest and seated, where we sat for roughly 10mins without someone so much as coming by for our drink order. Wife and I left and were treated by the hostest "Thank you for coming". The same one that seated us 10mins earlier. Can understand if they were busy, but this was later in the evening and the place was all but empty.

We had good service once we were finally waited on. We were seated and waited a good 10 minutes before a server approached us. The food was very good, but when leaving we ordered our refill drinks to go. After leaving, we discovered the diet Coke was regular Coke. That's very hard to mess up when diet Coke was what was received before our meal. We would like to withdraw some tip money when that happens. Also, we paid with a gift card and there is no receipt given to let you know the remaining balance. We don't like this, so we probably won't return.

Chilli's use to be my go to for eating out, but their quality has dropped so low that now just the thought of eating from Chilli's makes my stomach queasy. Bring back the original chicken strips and I'll take back everything I said!
