Raspberry and oatmeal are looking a little rough..very sloppy. The customer service wasn’t very great and the counter was really gross, making the box gross and got all over my hands picking up the box.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE!Walked in on Friday 3/8/2024 at 8:30am. 4 workers looked and kept working. No hi, good morning, nothing. Stood there a few seconds looking at the display on the counter. Still no acknowledgement and no one came to take my order. Turned around and walked out.Reading other reviews, it appears this location should go to Customer Service 101 class...

I went for the cornbread cookie (my all time favorite Crumbl cookie). The cookie was almost half the size they normally are. The cookie was delicious as always, but the size was very disappointing, given the price. Moreover, the customer service was poor. No greeting (it was not busy at all-7:00pm Saturday evening, one other couple waiting on cookies), and the girl who served me my cookies was rude. I used to go weekly but it seems the quality and service is going downhill.
