I ordered my pizza online and was told my pizza would be delivered by a certain time. 30 minutes after that time I call and am told that the pizza hasn’t even been started yet. On the phone with employees they were rude and When I was put on the phone with a manager she used the short staffed and rushed excuse which I understand but the lack of communication or updating on delivery time is ridiculous.

Terrible customer service. Cashier had an attitude and apparently didn't care about her job or my order. I'm the cooking area they were arguing and talking unprofessional. Got my order wrong twice in one day and I had to drive all the way back and was only offered a 20 oz coke while they threw the wrong pizza I had away but required I bring it. Didn't want it but couldve offered it as a good gesture for the inconvenience

Best pizza within 50 miles, in my opinion. Out tastes the big pizza companies. I recommend their thin crust. My favorite pizza has Sausage, pepperoni, and salami on it. (And obviously cheese and sauce).
