Dunkin is one of the better places to grab a coffee and doughnut. But after having Bills Doughnuts, it's hard to hand out five stars. There is a lot of pink in their restaurant but I won't hold that against them.Doughnuts are better than average, coffee is fine for fast food. They keep a lot of condiments/napkins behind the counter which adds a layer of difficulty.

First time stopping at this location since opening. Got some food which was just fine but for being a coffee place I would say they need some work. I ordered a coffee and upon the last drink there were a ton of coffee grounds in my cup. I have never had that much and understand like a little here and there. I spit it out and when I looked in the cup was kind of amazed that there was still a lot in the cup in addition to all that I had spit out. Better get it together since they are next to a star bucks if they want to stick around.
Counter service is almost nonexistent! Employees do not pay attention to the counter at all. All the employees are too busy standing at the drive thru talking to even notice customers at the counter! I now go to the dunkin on old troy pike. Won't go back to harshman road even though it's closer to my house

I come here a lot due to it being so close to my house. Some days it’s amazing the coffee is perfect, food is amazing but most of the time it’s the complete opposite. Nothing but sour attitudes, today the coffee I got was horrible, I didn’t have time to go back so it was a wasted 10 bucks. I get you’re short staffed and you get busy but good lord fake happiness at least. You people make customers feel like an inconvenience because they want to come by. The only thing that was good for me today was my snackin bacon that’s it. My lattes tasted like watered down milk with a splash of espresso. I had to go to speedway and get an energy drink because it was so bad.
