The food was not very good. The service was extremely slow. It isn't a typical Mexican restaurant. It is a sports bar that sells Mexican food, I feel like. I honestly wouldn't recommend this place for a Mexican restaurant. My wife said it used to be better and more like your regular Mexican restaurants. So I am not sure what changed, but it was not my cup of tea. I don't plan on going back honestly.

Tacos with shredded beef were very good.

It's a popular local place serving Mexican style dishes. None are spicy. The shredded beef tacos are good. The place is also known for its "Bad Juan" margarita.

We had a group of 7 that went and were not impressed with the service. Waiter forgot drinks or to check on our table several times and then we had a hair in our salsa and a little rock in our beans! They gave us some money off the bill for it but really... Please check the food before making or serving it to the customer.

I used to go to Elsa's when I was in my twenties. Perhaps I was naive, because the Bad Juan's were great back then. Those memories have since changed, because the food is nothing to write a good review about. Our server was great. Just between having an ala carte chips in a questionable sanitization dirty buffet cart, out of the can cheese dip, unseasoned chicken cooked in the microwave for our tacos and the fried ice cream on a fried tortilla shell that was masked with a cake of chocolate syrup and honey it was a disgusting meal. Whatever ambiance they are going for with the resemblance of BW3's, Fricker's or Rooster's vibes, this is simply not the case and what I got from Elsa's ambiance was cheap bar food and I certainly got what I paid for. We honestly wanted to leave after what little we did eat and pay for the tip. By the looks of the general state of the restaurant through the uncleanliness of the restaurant and the disgusting food it was not worth it to let management know our disatification sentiment toward our whole experience eating here.

The food was not great quality, and the server was very nice but not as attentive as she could have been.Chicken was tender but had no flavor, and the chops tasted like sawdust. Salsa was not flavorful either.

About to be bulldozed to make a gas station. A fitting end, I bet Sheetz will have better Mexican food than Elsa's ever had.So what's my beef with Elsa's? Simple, most if not all of the food is frozen and reheated to order. When your burrito is frozen in the middle, you know something is wrong! Is it just me, or are the reviews complaining about the bad quality Pizza and Wings a little out of place at a Mexican Restaurant? The Bad Juan still rocks. The sad part is that it is necessary to drink one to get the horrible food down.

There is no better Mexican food than at La Fiesta! All of the dishes are wonderful and we get served enough to take home or share. The people are so nice and very quick to refill your drinks, chips, and salsa. Even the manager comes around to speak with you! In one word…FANTASTIC!!!Dietary restrictions: La Fiesta will accommodate anything you order! If you don’t like something that is on the food you order, just let your server know and they will cook it just as you want it!

Our server misplaced one of our credit cards. When we stated that we never got one of the credit cards back, she told us she gave them all back, continually dismissed us, ignored us, and was incredibly rude. After 10 minutes of asking our server for her help and being completely ignored, the manager came out and found it behind the bar where the server had left it. Once the card was found, we received continued rudeness from our server, and excuses from the manager. Definitely do not recommend.

Immediate heebee geebees. Food smeared on walls. Dirty booths. Everywhere we looked there was years of nasty old sauce splatters and dirty rag wipe remnants. Like, anywhere we looked. So gross. Very disappointing as we had been looking forward to trying Elsa’s for some time. Big nope.

Let's be honest it's never been about the food it's always been about the bad juan, I don't know if something happened has changed or if it's just that I am older but I went there for the first time in several years and had a bad juan and had a hard time finishing it. I had a friend with me who had been there more infrequently than myself but remembered them being significantly better than they were.
