Ate at this location several times with great service, but this time made me want to leave a review. On a very cold night, I Had a man approach me inside and ask if I'd buy him a burger. After talking to the waitress she said he comes in often and thinks he's homeless. They didn't run him off, they let him get warm, brought him a water, chips and salsa. I bought the man a meal. He was so warm and comfortable that he was falling g asleep while waiting for his meal. They truly showed this man compassion and at least helped him the best they could.

Honestly I will never return to another Frickers establishment again. The last time I was here was October 2023. Now I returned for the first time since and it’s March 2024. The server we *initially* had was our server the last time we came which was poor service due to her being on her phone texting while our food sat near the bar for 10-15 minutes while the establishment was slow, she was just texting. This time we came in and ordered our beer and food and when our appetizers came out I smiled in relief to the server and said “oh my gosh we are so hungry thank you!” To which my bf and I were surprised to see our server slam our food in front of us saying how terrible of a human being I am and I am so mean and I made her cry last time and accused me of a situation that I wasn’t even present for. I sat there shocked my bf and I looked at each other confused, and she said “I don’t know who is serving you and I don’t care but good luck because I am not!!” We were in such disbelief if you’re confusing me for someone else, please you could have said that before putting our food order in and slamming our appetizers in our face. The most unprofessional atmosphere. The manager was super kind apologized about the situation but it doesn’t make it acceptable or okay. We usually go to roosters, and have great service unfortunately they had a wait this evening. But I promise we will never return to another Frickers establishment. The service is always poor and the food isn’t that great. Again I appreciate the manager apologizing for the situation, but it doesn’t make it okay or acceptable. If you aren’t “fit” to be in the service industry, then don’t be in it. I used to be in the service industry and I would never imagine talking to a customer like this let alone a human at all ever. It costs $0 to be a decent human being.

Food was substandard ...medium sauce no flavor...garlic sauce no flavor...hardly any sauce on any of it....chicken tenders dry almost burnt...margaritas watered down....table needed cleaned with soap and water....couldn't push the chairs in because the floor was cruddy....won't be going back.....

The food was disgusting taste like it came straight out of the microwave we order 2 adult meals and two kids meals but still got charged for one of my grandkids meals they are supposed to be free with each accompanying adult meal. Grandkids meals were supposed to be chicken tenders with Mac and cheese they got 2 dry chicken patties we could of went and got fast food for less than half of what we paid there that would of had more taste and not as dry as that. The food thee use to be good now it's gross nursing home food would even be better.

All I can say is wow! Got there at 8:30 pm, and we were standing to check in. Passed 4 times by the same girl who just smiled. Then I saw a sign sit yourself, wait, what Friday night and not too busy? Ten minutes later, the girl came for drink orders (should have been sign to leave). Ten minutes later came back with drinks, told to wait on ordering. Ten minutes later, she took our orders. Ten minutes later, she walks by says it should be right up. Ten minutes (see the pattern) says it again (we have been there for an hour with no drink refills). Five minutes after that, we get our food. Salad should come out before the meal, right? Meal was just about ate when she offered refills, even after asking multi times. Had to ask for check, box, check, check please, hello we need our check! Five min, wait to get it back.Never saw a member of management, girls, to busy flirt with guys at other tables.I saw 6 tables that were not cleaned the whole time we were there. Floor was nasty, and staff acted like they just didn't care. Food was off a little by be why place was so empty. Med. Sauce tasted like mild, and bbg sauce was just not good.We will never go back to this location ever again..

Tables were sticky and gross.Waited an hour and 10 minutes just to get an appetizer. Food didn't come out until 1 hour and 45 minutes after being sat and a lot of the food was wrong/missing orders! Only positive thing was the waitress. Probably won't ever visit this location again.

Appetizer came out with the meal and cold. My wings came out with the wrong sauce on them. Side of celery didn't come out at all. Appeared to be short staffed. Barely saw our server so I went to the bar to get drinks and the server was visibly mad about it. I will say we did have fun though... just not to their credit.
